Arrived to find no booking and no availability.
Despite saying to them to contact Hotels.com to authenticate refund, they didn't and won't respond to Hotels.com request to do so.
Avoid!!

Friendly owners.place is comfortable . Bit dated and needs maintenence.
Otherwise ok.

They gangstalked me; and the female manager is a complete psychopath.

Nice hotel. Staff were very keen to help & support customer needs because they cooked food specially for us. Town was walking distance. Island with a Buddhist temple close by. Like to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is closed to the bus station. Friendly staffs with warm welcomes. Clean room with comfy bed, working TV and hot water of sufficient water pressure. Also, they have their own garden with good beach view. Enjoy the stay and highly recommend.

Die gepflegte Anlage mit kleinem Pool, schönem Freisitz (Blick zum Meer) , hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern und leckerem Essen hat mir besonders gefallen. Das saubere Zimmer hatte Klimaanlage und auf Wunsch Moskitonetz. Leider gab es keine verglasten Fenster (nur offene mit Holzläden), so dass es recht dunkel im Raum bleibt, wenn man kein "Viehzeug" im Raum haben möchte.

A notre avis seule la chambre la plus proche de la plage (qui nous a été attribuée le premier jour)vaut le prix demandé les autres sont sombres nous avons refusé d'en changer suite à la réservation d'une nuit supplémentaire le jour de notre arrivée.
L’hôtesse d'accueil très gentille nous a trouvé une location de scooter pour visiter les environs
la plage et le jardin sont très agréables la piscine est coincée entre 4 murs pas vraiment fun un peu de décoration ne ferait pas de mal.

Fint hotel med rigtig god service. Vi brugte en enkelt nat, men det var ikke noget specielt. Poolen er 1/2 meter dyb, så det var ikke så spændende. Men servicen er fantastisk. De hjælper med alt og spørg ind til alt.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits; déception a l'arrivée car le standing ne correspondait pas au descriptif annoncé ; mais la gentillesse du personnel, la beauté fantastique di site , ld calme ( seuls sur cette immense belle plage) , la bonne cuisine dd Nassib, le jardin qui ouvre sur la plage ( et malgré tout, la ville pas loin) ,nous ont largement fait oublier la contrariété initiale .

Location good and quiet. Nice garden close to the sea. Rooms are simple. Only one room has a minibar. After told them it was supposed to be one, they found an old small fridge for us. Very good service. No cleaning the two nights we were there.Breakfast with moulded bread, thick coffee and eggs not very fried. If not staying for more than a night, this is ok.

Rooms very clean plenty of hot water though right in front of the sea sea not a good place to swim ideal place to use as to tour from

Family travel vacation, four adults, moving around Sri Lanka, booking hotels day to day. We stayed three nights at this hotel. Food was good, service very good,very friendly people, the pool was quite small (but clean), cleaning of rooms was not so good, even missing one of the days! The beach was very beautiful and the waves were great

It's a beachfront hotel, very close to the bus station and to town. It's also very quiet. Only one of the 7 rooms is facing the ocean. The room was clean, had a huge and comfy bed, a/c, TV (reception was not the best), free wifi, modern bathroom with hot water and a furnished patio.

The minibar listed in the description was non-existent. It would have been nice to store our water bottles in there. We also didn't have a ceiling fan in the room although it was listed in the amenities. I would have preferred a fan over a/c as I was sick during my stay (including fever and chills). The *free toiletries* were a small bar of soap. I would have expected shampoo and body wash for the price of over $200 for 3 nights.

The beach is clean and very nice, the pool is not made for swimming. It's about 1 feet deep on one side and 2 feet on the other. Good for children but not for adults.

The hotel staff was friendly. We were welcomed with a fresh coconut drink. When I got sick one of the staff members brought me to the hospital and made sure I was seen by a doctor right away. Definitely a great plus.

All in all the hotel was nice but they shouldn't call it *resort* in the description. It's definitely misleading. Also please don't list amenities which are not available. People might be disappointed and leave bad reviews. I would definitely stay there again but only if I would get it for a cheaper price.
