les personnels étaient aimables et l'emplacement était parfait, au centre ville. la chambre était propre sans plus.
pas de fenêtre dans l'appart. pour une nuit c’était parfait mais pas plus.
Номер обычный, я не первые в Армении , и в эту поздку мой отель был распродан , пришлось забронировать данный , ну месторасположение супер , в остальном - скромно и хотела бы обратить внимание отеля на чистоту номеров , пыль стоит даже в воздухе , ремонт с оранжевыми стенами весьма странный, не особо уютно. на одну ночь подойдет , но находится там более я бы не хотела . вернуться желаний не возникает. Завтраки хорошие , проходят в соседнем отеле .

It is a nice small hotel in the centre of the city. All sightseens are close by.
The bed is comfortable. The hosts are friendly. It is clean. The breakfast is very good.

There is no elevator, however the host could help you with your laggage
The staff was excellent. Especially the manager who helped us in all possible ways. We have never received such personal service in any hotel around the world. Breakfast was excellent. It was also nice to have a kitchennette in the room.
Hôtel bien placé proche du centre-ville. Le personnel à la réception était très sympathique et accueillant. La chambre était de taille correcte et le lit était confortable. J'ai apprécié le petit cadeau (spécialités arméniennes) et le mot de bienvenue posé sur le bureau dans ma chambre à mon arrivée, ainsi que le renouvellement gratuit de bouteilles d'eau chaque jour.
Ma chambre (101) était située au rez-de-chaussée juste en face de l'escalier menant aux étages, et juste à côté de la porte menant à l'hôtel accueillant la salle de petit-déjeuner, ce qui occasionnait beaucoup de passage et de bruit des autres clients de l'hôtel le soir, durant la nuit et tôt le matin. La chambre était très sombre car elle disposait d'une unique fenêtre qui donnait sur un mur. La VMC de la salle de bain était également très bruyante.

Ich habe ein anderes Zimmer bekommen als vereinbart, es war viel schlechter. Alle Steckdosen defekt, laut von Geräten im Hof, extrem kleines Fenster zum Innenhof. Dreckig. Als ich die Probleme ansprach und sagte ich will einen Rabatt , da kein freies Zimmer mehr da war drohte man mit Polizei. Schlechtestes Hotel, wo ich jemals war. Es sieht nicht aus wie ein Hotel . Ganz schlimm. Dann lügt man noch es sei nicht so und vergisst dass es Handys gibt die alles dokumentieren

Ideal location for discovering the city. Close to an area with nice restaurants (Saryan Street). The personnel was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plenty but a bit soulless and is served in the adjacent big hotel. The balcony faces a nice garden with a Cafe that is busy during the day but didn’t operate at night.
We found it overpriced for what it is, but maybe you’re paying for the location. The room is very small and the installations a bit run down. The design is contemporary though.
