Близко к центру и ресторанам.
Небольшой номер, но целых два окна и балкон. Большой санузел (тоже с окном!). Завтрак в отдельном здании, вежливый персонал, тихо ночью
Не хватает зеркала в прихожей, чтобы посмотреть на себя перед выходом, приходится идти через комнату в санузел (зеркало только там).

Located very central, so at an ideal location from which to explore yerevan and its surroundings. The staff and especially the receptionists are very kind and willing to help with any question you might have. The breakfast, which is in the median hotel next door, is also excellent, a great way to start the day!
There was quite a strong smell of cleaning products in the rooms when I entered. I did not mind it so much (if anything, it shows they thoroughly clean between guests) so I did not report it, but others may be more sensitive to this. The exact location is a bit confusing on google maps, but in person it was easy to find. Keep in mind that there is often a traffic jam in the street, so it might take the taxi/yandex/gg a bit longer to get there.

В общей сложности провела неделю в этом отеле - 4 дня по этому бронированию и еще несколько дней по другому. Прекрасный отель, в 3 минутах ходьбы от Северного проспекта с одной стороны и от проспекта Маштоца с другой стороны (центральные улицы), самый центр. Доброжелательный персонал, который по всем запросам приходит на помощь. Особенно хочется отметить Эдгара и Геворга, которые с особым вовлечением помогали по любым вопросам. В номере было все необходимое. Отличный завтрак, большой выбор еды, находится на территории другого отеля в 2 минутах ходьбы через соседнюю дверь. Крайне рекомендую этот отель, есть желание сюда еще вернуться, цена и качество друг другу соответствуют.
Иногда было немного сложно настроить кондиционер в комнате, не всегда срабатывал
И в ванне может оставаться мокрым пол за счет того, что дверь душевой кабины не перекрывает ее полностью
Но это мелочи, во всем остальном все было прекрасно
Location was great, easy walk to many sights, bars and restaurants. Fantastic breakfast in neighbouring hotel. Staff very helpful.

Super agencement de la chambre, le personnel est très sympathique, plein de bons conseils, la literie confortable, le petit déjeuner est excellent, l’emplacement en plein centre ville.

Dans les deux hôtels ou nous avons séjourné en Arménie il n'y avait pas de drap droit sur les lits, c'est à dire qu'il y a un drap housse sur le matelas et une petite couette avec sa housse, ce qui veut dire que si c'est en hiver, la couette est trop juste en dimension pour deux personnes et si c'est l'été, vous dormirez avec la housse de couette ou...rien..!!
Excellent location, very convenient and right in the city center. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Highly recommended!
Отель небольшой, уютный, расположен в красивом центре. Меня любезно заселили на час раньше. В номере есть всё необходимое, чисто, приятный балкончик. Впечатления самые лучшие.
В моем номере был скошенный потолок, как в мансардах, мне это было ок, но кому-то высокому может не подойти. Смотрите на фото, когда бронируете. Это не претензия и не минус, просто для кого-то может быть важной деталью.
Понравилось все. Уютный маленький отель в центре города, при этом в отеле тихо, спокойно можно выспаться, несмотря на вечерний шум центра. Опять же, отель находится во дворе, где больше тень и соответственно нет палящего солнца, что очень важно в Ереване. Приветливый персонал быстро откликался на наши просьбы. Уборка была ежедневной. Вкусные завтраки. Порадовал ланч-бокс, тк мы уезжали ранним утром и не успевали позавтракать, сухпаек был в помощь, вкусный и достаточно большой. Спасибо за все.
