Bad experience
Cons:

We arrived to the hotel and in front there was a free parking, but there was there a old man screaming to pay the park. When we ask to the hotel they replied to pay… it’s normal in Armenia. Then when we arrived in the room we discovered to have done for mistake 2 reservation. The manager of the hotel deny the cancellation of one room and it was not possible to talk with because was busy… yes to take the money from the second reservation without talk with us. I think that of course we have not right but at least talk with us. It’ was so clear that was a mistake. The behaviour with the customer is so rude and so unfair. It’s sure that this is not how to manage customer service. I was really surprised about the manager’s lack of comprehension, because the hotel was not full and I know because I was there and I checked this info, and that’s why I requested the free cancellation even if it was out of time.

Good location but uncomfortable
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. And the location and breakfast were great.

Cons:

My room was on the ground floor and the walls were not soundproof so in the morning I woke up with every little noise from guests walking or chatting and even late at night, I couldn’t sleep because of the notification sound of the reception cellphone! Also, the toilet was sticky.

スタッフの方がとても親切
朝食はお隣のホテル（ちょっとランク上の姉妹ホテルのようです）で豪華なビュッフェだった
部屋にはケトル、ドライヤーはある（冷蔵庫はなかった）
掃除も毎日してくれる

メイン通りに近いが静か
遅くまで開いているオシャレなカフェやレストランアが近くにたくさんある

Cons:

アルメニアの物価を考えると...コスパとしてはよくない

このホテルの中では安い部屋を予約していたので仕方ないのかもしれないが、一階のレセプション近くの部屋だったので人が話しているととても響く（一度静かにしてくださいと言った）

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione per visitare la città, e vicino a ristoranti e bar. La camera era perfettamente pulita e la colazione ricca e buona. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato.

Pros:

The room without window was just fine - we didn't feel that. Very good breakfast in the hotel nearby. Perfect location in the center - just cannot be better!

Check which room you get, to make sure it is not the one called ''Budget Single Room without window'
Pros:

The location is good and the breakfast, which is served in the nearby hotel is also good. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was on the ground floor just next to the reception just next to the frequently used staircase and corridor. After 5 in the morning the traffic on the corridor increased and due to no sound isolation on the door I could not sleep. Ibelieve this was reported by others, yet it has not been fixed.
