Ok stay. Very basic. Take shower gel etc. Not included. Shower not great. Room cold but heater soon warmed up room. Resembles a HMO. Tatty.
I stayed here a few years ago and it was always ok, not great but ok.
Its now no more than a doss house, with drunks, drug taking and the usual scum.
It stank of weed, the room was appaling, the bed useless and the bathroom mouldy, smelly and a right excrement hole.
Im easily pleased but I csn assure you avoid this place.
Seems like a homeless accommodation. Heating not working. Smelly house and hallway. Inexperienced staff. I will not go back ever. £63 pound ripp off
Not the best to be honest. Pretty run down accommodation, with the look of a homeless hostel about it. Stains on the walls in the room, bathroom door would not stay closed and swung open exposing you to the world. loo constantly filled itself up and overflowed. Room was cold so I had to buy a heater.
Very small and noisy
Sign hanging off wall making noise in the wind all night. Trams right outside window making noise. No remote for tv. No spoons with coffee cups. Toilet door not shut. Don’t stay here terrible hotel.
Poor conditions in room, 1 towel, 1 mug, bathroom door not able to close. 1 socket at floor level if needed to use - health & safety issue for burns. Curtains did not cover windows adequately so able to be seen from road.
Picture being shown nest to this comment box is not how room was.
It was a mazing
You get what you pay for here rooms are basic but they are cheap, the area it’s in looks a dive tbf but overall was a still a good experience and I probably would stay here again
Everything about the hotel and above all very nice helpful respectful staff and manager.
Do not stay here unless you're not fussy its a hovel, filthy dirty , a dump , my son stayed here after being discharged from hospital as he couldn't get home , I went next day to collect him , I was shocked by state of room, apparently lots of homeless people sent here, lots of men hanging around outside, not the place for vulnerable people as my son was at that time .
Even if your looking for somewhere to stay for a Man United match etc DO NOT STAY HERE! We stayed here cause it was slightly cheaper albeit 250€ for three people! On arrival the police were there. The front door was shut and we were brought around a dark car park to a dodgey back door! There was no reception nor curtains in the room! My bed was broke there was two punch holes in the wall and to be honest it seemed like a place homeless people were saying NEVER A HOTEL!!!! Huge domestic fight in the room next door to the point we were terrified to leave and we were three men in one room the guy seemed off his nut! Do not stay here for the sake of 20/30€ more hours ANYWHERE else!!!!
OK let me start with you get what you pay for , upon arriving reception staff was friendly and welcoming and quickly done got to room and first impressions was more like a hostel obviously had been trying to paint at some point as there was paint on blinds one blind didn't work but can live with that ,the carpet was filthy ,had a table and an office chair that was unsafe to sit on as was broken then came bathroom toilet seat not secure was attached on one side cistern was loose also the shower cubicle not clean at all had mould on tiling ,noise from other room at 3.30am carrying on in hall right next to my room screaming and giggling which fair enough if your drunk etc but this woman was over the top not hotels fault . All in all was first visit and last visit only reason I used this is because was only one in ecckes available I travel to eccles regularly but everything was booked up ,only reason it has 1 star was the quick check in certainly not worth 156 gbp paid ,whole place needs to be ripped out and replaced.
It was like staying in a prison cell. As walking up the room all I could smell was weed. My room had stains on the wall. Lucky I managed to find another hotel elsewhere
Never got in tot he property. Looks like its been closed for a long time
Arrived to what looked like the picture fo the plave we booked after its been abandoned for a good few years! horrible surrounding area and the place looked shut down. We didn't feel comfortable in the area at all and as we could (and didnt want to) get in we left and booked last minute elsewhere. Now having a painful battle trying to communicate with hotels.com to get a refund. They have now email, live chat that is never live and a phone number that just sits on hold forever, ( I gave up after an hour)
The Hotel seems shut down I had to use the back door, the door room handle was broken, carpet really dirty. I saw the receptionist when arrived and then just a number to call in case of problem. Area is dangerous and no facility close at all!
One of the best hotels to spend vacation with family or friends. Excellent service, food, staff and management everything was best. Keep it up👍 I'll come there again InshAllah. This was my best experience.
Really happy to have stayed here on a match day. The hotel is close enough to old Trafford so it was convenient. Rooms clean and cosy. Liked the free WiFi which was super fast. Happy to recommend and will stay again.
Me and my partner stayed 1 in this hotel for 1 night in August 2019 and I knew that I was going to hate my stay here from the moment I saw the hotel. The whole premises/entrance looks unsightly and you have to wait at the front door/entrance for somebody to let you in. The hotel room was not pleasant at all, the beds were uncomfortable, the room was very hot and unsightly and the bathroom was very small. Additionally, the hotel room is situated right next to the tram line and so you can frequently hear the trams passing by until late, but this is not a complaint against the hotel because you can see that it is situated next to the tram line even before booking. One positive aspect regarding this hotel is that a hairdryer is provided or alternatively you can request one from reception as I did and the receptionist was rather helpful and pleasant. Overall, I did not have a pleasant stay at this hotel and just felt a little on edge stopping here. Would not stay again even for a low price.
