Enjoyed our stay and would book again if back in the area
Pros:

Well located near shops, ATMs and restaurants, this hotel proved to be an excellent choice for our stay in Bishkek.

Helpful and professional staff, excellent breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms where everything worked as it should, good Korean restaurant on the premises.

Cons:

The breakfast room is smaller than I expected and could be noisy at times when full of loud tourists.

Das Hotel verdient keine vier Sterne, höchstens drei, wenn überhaupt

Cons:

Personal faul, unaufmerksam, Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Pool dreckig von Blättern und as Personal spielt nur am Handy und bedient nicht und macht den Pool nicht sauber.

Parfait pour retrouver du confort après deux semaines de road trip.
Pros:

La chambre, moderne et confort ++ dans le bâtiment 2, le personnel est très agréable.

Cons:

Faire seulement attention lors de la selection de votre chambre car il y a deux bâtiments. Les chambres du deuxième bâtiments sont neuves et n’ont rien à voir avec celle du premier.

Pros:

Chambre rénovée et spacieuse. Gratuité de la prise en charge durant la nuit jusqu’à l’aéroport situé à 30km. Lunch box prépare pour 3h du matin. Piscine et petit déjeuner buffet.

Cons:

Personnel du service ne parle pas un mot d’anglais et peu efficace mais largement compensé pas le professionalisme des réceptionnistes.
