Pros:

I thought the breakfast was a very nice touch. A good breakfast as well. The coffee in the room n lovby was very good as well. Just wished more was open in Wednesday.

Cons:

That a lot was closed on Wednesday.

Perfect location for a fun stay in Greenport
Pros:

Amazing location, right in the heart of town. Walkable to everything including the LIRR train. Lots of bars and restaurants right at the hotels steps. Cute shop in the reception and fun decorations.

Cons:

Pretty loud at night on the weekend because there is a bar and two restaurants on the Campus.
