Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Youcef at the front desk. He was very friendly and made everyone feel like a VIP. The location is close to everything you need in Brooklyn and only 1 block away from beautiful Sunset Park! The rooms and hotel were both very clean and neat. I highly recommend this hotel!

Pros:

Nice hotel in a good area. Close to metro and several restaurants. Staff is friendly. Nice cafe on site. Onsite parking also.

Good pre-cruise stay in Brooklyn
Pros:

The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. They suggested a good place for dinner, a good place to wander and shop. As I left, they found me a cab and helped me with my stored baggage.

Cons:

I wasn't fond of the pillows and bed linens, they were too flimsy. Also, no luggage rack. I had to heave my large bag onto the desk in the room.

Amazing Customer Service and Location
Pros:

I have been staying at this hotel since 2022 when available. My family attended a graduation this past June. The hotel was amazing and the staff was helpful, friendly and remembered us from previous stays. The hotel is located near the train station and has great food choices and local restaurants in the area that have become some of my favorites when in Sunset Park. My room was clean and for the area the noise level is ok, especially on the higher floors. With that being said I also lived in NYC for several years an my tolerance for city noise it high LOL. Special shout out to Elias and Youcef they have been employed at this hotel for several years and I have experienced their customer service first hand, this visit was no exception. They met all of our needs, checked in with us in the lobby to make sure our stay was exceptional. The other reason I stay in this hotel is the safety, I a single female. They check to make sure that every person that walks into the lobby is staying at the hotel or has business there. Other staff even asked for my room number and key to ensure that I belonged there. For some this may be offensive, but for me as a customer, I appreciate that someone is looking out for my safety and security and that means the world to me when traveling. Thanks to all the staff at Wyndham Brooklyn, Sunset. I will always choose this hotel first when coming to NYC Brooklyn!
