Pretty good for a short stay
Pros:

It’s nice and the staff was very kind and helpful. Room was clean enough.

Cons:

Slightly far from the subway, and parts of the hotel room were dirty like the bottom of the wall near the base boards. Unsure if complimentary water was provided as mentioned on the website but nowhere to be found in the room.

Overall, everything was good, but there was one issue. One of the male staff members did not allow us to eat our own food in their kitchen, as if we were not guests of the hotel. I have severe allergies and need to follow a special diet, so I have to eat my own food.

Moreover, hotels usually try to be customer-oriented and understanding toward their guests. However, this man raised his voice at us, which was very strange and unprofessional. It honestly made me feel as if I was staying there for free rather than being a paying guest.

Overall, I was quite shocked by this experience. 😕

2* dirty, bad location. Never again.
Pros:

Nothing. Nothing at all.

Cons:

The shower was so disgusting I would not use it. I took photos of it. The hotel is a very bad location and it’s not nice at all. I would rate this as a 2 star hotel. Way over priced and I will never return.

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Garden. The hotel was clean, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable — exactly what I needed after long days of travel. A special thank you to Yousef at the service desk, who was truly outstanding. He was professional, warm, and welcoming, and treated me more like a friend or family member than a guest. His kindness and attentiveness made a real difference in my experience. I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean.Comfortable. Stylish.
Pros:

The room was clean and stylish. I didn’t expect it to be so comfortable. The bathroom was a nice frosted- glass room that was clean and stylish. The bed was very comfortable too.

Cons:

It was a nice room but the shower head needed some cleaning because the water was streaming in different directions and got my hair wet.

Location was good, and the room was clean and close to the train.

Cons:

The rooms heating didnt work at all, and I wasn't expecting so much in parking. I know parking would cost something but no info about that on booking.com
