Worst hotel experience I've had. Was told I had wedding rate but it turned out I got a rate nearly double. Then I found out they checked another relative of the same name into my room. This started a cascade of errors that left my credit card double charged. We got to our room and found the AC didn't work. The front desk told us that maintenance had left for the day, they were full, and there was nothing they could do. I investigated and found the GFCI under the unit had tripped, but also that the wall plate was missing so wires were exposed. Thankfully I could resolve the AC problem myself or we'd have been in a hot room in summertime.
Construction was shoddy. You could see the hallway through the side of the door.
There was a parking lot light outside the room that shined around the curtain, making the room bright.
The manager agreed all the issues were unacceptable and she offered points to cover two days' future stay, she said. That was satisfactory. Except the points were for just a day plus a fraction at the same class of hotel, not two. Tried to get this adjusted and the hotel nor Hilton wouldn't budge to give what I was promised. Got the runaround.
Also the website listed a pool but it was out of commission yet not marked so on the web site.
Changed my view of Hilton for sure.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.
Door wouldn't latch and lock. No swimming pool available. Water being shut off for one day. Wasn't informed about thermostat to adjust A/C. Took awhile to figure out the remote. The staff was not very friendly and did not share breakfast times. The staff on the day i checked out was very friendly and bubbly. No one was at check in/check out counter. Had to wait and then walk over to a door opening and get staff attention for help.
Very clean and spacious. Felt VERY SAFE
Breakfast needs to have more options friendly for kosher, vegetarian guests. Omelets had ham inside and no other options were available. Room had only 1 waste basket in bathroom none in room, missing trays in fridge. shower head was leaking water. Aubry was super helpful and welcoming and made up for other issues or would have given 3/5 rating.

The rooms aren’t cleaned daily, my room was cleaned once during my stay. We needed towels and toilet paper

Location.
It did not state that the property was under renovation, that the pool was closed " for the season" and then told by another staff that it was "technical issues". Upon arrival we waited 25mins before someone attended to us, no bell to ring at all. I even called the hotel while I was there waiting and no one answered. The overall experience just wasn't good, I didn't even bother to get up to see what breakfast would be like.
Our room was clean.

Fitted sheet on the bed would not stay on.
Pipes under bathroom sink leaked.
We booked for 4 people, but we were only given 2 towels and no bedding for the pull out sofa. (Staff provided when asked).
They ran out of "do not disturb signs" and had to hand write a door tag for us.
Breakfast was subpar even for continental breakfast. Apple juice was water. Waffle batter was watery. Oatmeal tasted off and I was burping the taste all day.
