Mooi hotel, belabberde service en beroerd personeel
Pros:

Het was een ruime en schone kamer. Hotel is dichtbij het vliegveld, ideaal voor een ochtendvlucht. Fijn om tussendoor het zwembad en fitnessruimte te gebruiken. Er is tevens een restaurant bij het hotel waar je kunt ontbijten en dineren (op eigen rekening).

Cons:

Het hotel geeft aan kindvriendelijk te zijn. Bij het restaurant waren opties voor kindermenu's, alleen geen kind vriendelijke desserts. Bij navraag of er misschien een klein ijsje gemaakt kon worden (want er stonden alleen enorme ijscoupes op het menu) werd dit geweigerd. Een grote ijscoupe of niets. Heel on-gast-vriendelijk!
Daarnaast is er een shuttle naar het vliegveld inbegrepen in de prijs (oa een rede waarom wij dit hotel hadden uitgekozen). Dag vooraf hadden wij aangegeven deze te willen gebruiken, werd door het personeel aangegeven dat we dan om 7.00u in de lobby moesten zijn. Dus wij stonden er om 6.59u, was de shuttle al weg. Bleek dat je er 5min vooraf aanwezig moest zijn. Dit is niet doorgegeven. Keuze die wij kregen was een uur wachten op de volgende shuttle (en dus onze vlucht missen) of een taxi van 5min en 15euro. Op dat moment was er weinig ruimte om hierover na te denken, want de vlucht was belangrijker. Echt belabberde service waardoor wij gestraft werden door een fout gemaakt door het personeel. (tevens hebben wij daarna nergens de shuttle gezien, ook niet op het vliegveld. We vermoeden dat ze zelf zijn vergeten die te bestellen en het zo hebben opgelost).
