It was bearable.

Cons:

I’ve been a loyal Hilton customer, but this experience has been a complete letdown. The hotel is old and outdated, evident in the worn-out furnishings and particularly the bathrooms. The price was comparable to a 5-star hotel, but the location was disappointing. They charge you like they’re a new Hilton, but the actual experience is far from it. Oh, and don’t forget to bring your groceries because the room service closes early. If you need water or anything else, you’ll have to buy it from the lobby, which is a shame since there’s no market nearby.

Otelin konumu gayet iyi.Önünde taksi durağı olması bir avantaj.Çalışanları yardımsever ve güleryüzlü özellikle restoranı çok beğendik yemekler çok iyiydi çalışanların hepsi çok güleryüzlü, Begüm ve Ece ye özellikle teşekkür etmek isterim.

Pros:

I consider hotels with this type of behavior inappropriate. I write numerous reviews and have never felt so wronged as I did at this hotel.
Firstly, I didn't mention in my other review that I was charged for breakfast. I say, and I repeat, that I was embarrassed. An employee stated that breakfast was not included in the room rate, and I had to go to reception to have them contact me and resolve the issue.
Secondly, I stayed at the hotel for two days, and the room was not cleaned on either of them. The need for room cleaning was indicated on the door, but the hotel simply chose to ignore it and then criticize the review, claiming it was the customer's fault.

In short, terrible hotel, terrible service, terrible value for money, and terrible customer relations. I write numerous reviews and advise against anyone going to this hotel. Paying a high price and then being mistreated and disrespected is simply unacceptable.

Otopark Problemi Yaşamak Istemeyenler Buraya
Pros:

Otelin konumu çok iyi ve hem arabayla hem de toplu taşımayla gitmek istediğiniz pek çok yere kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Izban'ı kullanarak hem şehir içindeki neredeyse her yere hem de havalimanına rahatça ulaşabilirsiniz. Otel meto durağının tam karşısında. Bizim için otopark önemli bir kıstastı. Otelin iki yanında da otopark bulunuyor ve araç parkı stresine girmeden rahatlıkla yer bulabiliyorsunuz. Bu konuda bize ayrıca yardımcı olan otel çalışanlarından Volkan Bey'e de teşekkür ediyoruz. Odalardaki olanaklar, temizlik, çalışanlarin ilgisi, otoparkı ve fiyat/performans dengesi nedeniyle bundan sonraki ziyaretlerimizde başka bir yer aramayacağız.

Biz odamızda dinlenirken üst kattaki odada kalan misafirlerin yürüdüğünü duyabiliyorduk. Aynı şekilde yan odada kalan misafirleri de. Sanki odalar ince bir kontraplak ile birbirinden ayrılmış gibi bir ortam vardı. Genel olarak konaklama deneyimimizi etkilemese bile ses yalıtımı konusunun biraz daha üstünde durmaları iyi olacaktır.
