Pros:

It is right in the middle of town within 4 minutes' walk to anything. The facility is a lovely house with each room decorated and setup comfortably. There is a living room with fireplace and bookcases. In general a pleasant stay.

nice place but price changed without warning and when questioned, they ignored the concern
Pros:

They charged us more that we had on our confirmation for the stay and added an additional $26 charge as well and we have no idea what for. Sent an email to the property and they have never responded. We ended up paying about $35 more than we had expected. I guess it's not a huge deal but it's nice to know when you book what you will be charged and the additional fee is a mystery

Cons:

did not like that the property did not care to respond to our question about the over charge

Cozy, comfy, lovely stay.
Pros:

The room and sitting room were beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the coffee tray amenities and the nice touches.

We loved that we could walk around Lopez Village.

Cons:

The room was freezing cold when we arrived. It took awhile to heat it up with the baseboard heater.

We never saw any staff so we could learn about the property.

Pros:

Ganz wundervolle authentische Lopez-Erfahrung im kleinen Zentrum der Insel. Das Haus steht offen, die Gärten und Gemeinschaftsräume sind sehr einladend, wir hatten das Zimmer 5 mit tollem Blick auf das Wasser. Es war alles super sauber. Für unseren Geschmack war die Matratze zu weich. Das selbstgemachte Frühstück war überragend!!
Die Bilder hier in booking stapeln tief - das familiengeführte Hotel ist wirklich wundervoll.

Pros:

This place is cute and quaint, and the location is perfect - walkable to everything in the main "village" area. The rooms are unique (I peaked inside a few) and homey, and there are many lovely common areas such as outdoor seating and a wraparound porch. It was calm and quiet despite being fully booked, and when we did run into other guests it felt like we were all friends staying together.
