Pros:

It was the location to be as the headquarters for local jazz festival. Most of the shows are right there.

Cons:

Someone brought their dog instead of kenneling them. The dog was left alone too much and became noisy. I love animals so I am faulting the human owners.

Great Stay, Minor Inconveniences
Pros:

The best part was the location in relation to our event. The staff was excellent and friendly. The TV is way bigger than most hotels.

Cons:

First, signs all over the parking garage give you the impression you need to pay for parking, adjust signage to let people know it's included for hotel patrons.

Second, no mini fridge. I see that this is becoming common. I want to express that travelers are away from home and cannot store cold drinks and left over food, these refrigerators are important.

Lastly, no tissues. A small thing, but I have allergies so it becomes a big deal.

Cons:

Because the air conditioner never works and in the front desk mentions that it needs to be in 66 degrees, however, in the room the temperature was like 80 :( i was not able to sleep at all.

Overall great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone.
Pros:

People were very friendly and welcoming. I love how everyone spoke and said hello to us.

Overall, great stay
Pros:

Excellent location to the Santander Area. Great staff, respectful, friendly. Easy parking. Perfect 10 hotel

Cons:

The only downside is the toilet are low and it seems to be idealistic for children and not adults. All the hotels have the same issues and not realizing that they're not being updated with upgraded toilets that are 17 inches or higher.

Jazz performers in Reading
Pros:

I stayed at the Hampton not the Hilton, we went to the Hilton to enjoy the Jazz performers. The Hampton was excellent and the Jazz show was breath taking. Gerald Veasley was phenomenal
