could not get the room temp to change even after using the temp control in the room. Pillows becomes quite flat when you lie on then , they look so big and fluffy to begin with. Please give decent mugs in the room
Lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay, was very central and parking close by.
We were given a dark room which didn’t have a very nice view, otherwise couldn’t fault it.
The restaurant staff both for Breakfast and Evening Meals were excellent.
The location
Paid extra for a room with a balcony and it was mouldy and dirty the glass and round the balcony chairs had bird poo on abd loads of ciggerte buts , our bathroom toiket had water constantly running , bed was really solid terrible pillows and large gap down the back the shower was running a dribble and wasnt very hot the lesuire facility i used around 6pm dirty towels everywhere and really dirty changing area
Our room was oppiste the eden bar and the music was loud it kept me up till early hours

Both coffee machines which were self serve at breakfast has issues so a bit tedious walking backwards and forwards to each one trying to make a coffee.

Swimming pool acoustics are terrible. Chlorine was so strong it was stinging our eyes even though we did not get them wet.
No shampoo in the bottle in the bathroom.
