Two night clubs next door, continus noise between 10pm and 2pm.

Lots of things.
The place is dirty.
The foyer by the door getting in where there are chairs for smokers 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮.
The reception the Indian lady super rude and puffy attitude.
Restaurant goodness me. It’s so dirty. They don’t clean the tables well after other guests. There is actually a very bad smell in the restaurant.
In rooms the carpet is dirty and smelly. We stayed in the 7th floor. Even cleaning of rooms. Hair clogging room 717. We asked for conditioner in room 715. For my entire stay they did not fix it. Oh my word. They are so dirty. Mind you I was coming from Bali the service came from high to trenches.

Hermosa estadía en el hotel. El personal muy amable, fui con mi perro y le dieron una cama y un tarro para comer. A su vez la recepción tenía snacks para él, asi que si vas con una mascota es muy recomendable. La piscina se disfruto muchísimo!
The hotel was immaculate, it felt like a high end place. My room was large with lovely bathroom/shower and a comfy armchair. The bed was big and comfy. The pool was nice and warm, and the bubble pool a good addition. I didn't try the food so can't comment, but the bar/restaurant area has a nice open design. Also, it cost £13.50 to park in their secure car park overnight - you get until 1pm the next day.
the hotel is by a main road which is not that busy, but you do notice outside noise, which made it difficult to settle down if you're a light sleeper like me. (I was on level 2). Also, it sounded like someone was moving furniture around on another floor at 3am so that didn't help! So 2 stars off for the noise issue, but a lovely hotel
