Le spa est plus un (grand) couloir de nage, manque de transat et surtout de charme.
The room is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The cleaning team is very hardworking. The location of this hotel sits at the heart of Bournemouth, which makes everything convenient.
However, there are still several things which kind of bothered me:
(1) The reception only has one staff member most of the time; the queue is very long, and the processing time for each client is very long.
(2) The window curtain rail is designed for 100% light block, but the curtain is broken. So there is always a gap between the curtains, which I do not like; I like 100% dark.
(3) There is always a sort of coffee machine working noise happening in the room from time to time; I do not know where it comes from, which can be annoying during my sleep. Is it the fridge's sound at the back?
(4) The amenity: the mug and cups provided are too small; I can barely use them.
(5) There are two water refreshing can next to the reception, but most of the time, either there are no cups or one of them is empty; staff should take more care about it.
We’ve stayed for two nights in Aug and it was not what we expected. The reception was ignoring us all the time even for simple things we need to talk and the staff were rude and disrespectful.
Breakfast was ok with basic food, helpful and nice staff, although understaffed.
Room was clean and quiet and no proper view from any of our 7 booked rooms.
The reception staff needs to be trained.
Breakfast was excellent. There was a good choice of food. The staff, in particular, Kian, were fabulous. All the staff were very professional, friendly and ensured that all our needs were met. It makes such a difference to a holiday to be treated well. Kian remembered we had been last year and was welcoming and kind. He made sure that our needs were met. Excellent!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, bed was horrendous, room was filthy, staff didn’t want to know would never ever stay there again
I have just got home from the most wonderful Spa weekend at this hotel! From start to finish the weekend was perfect! We had such a warm welcome from Alyssia ( I hope that’s correct) followed by a wave bed session! The room was huge with a lovely sea view! Dinner was yummy, and with fabulous service! We slept well before enjoying a very well stocked breakfast! On to our last treatment! My massage with Mary was out of this world! I’m a local and there I still felt I’d got away from it all! This package was amazing value and I’m already planning my next one! Thank you to all the staff for making two tired teachers feel so special! A credit to the Hilton brand! I’ll be back!
