A good stay in a lovely hotel but would definitely insist on a room on the other side of the hotel.
Pros:

Stylish design, great room and great facilities, great breakfast too.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was a outdoor club across the road from the hotel that played loud music and kept us awake until 1:50am!

Apart from the moths. Everything else was spot on. Was really let down with the moths. And made our stay short

All the moths in our room. Was not expecting to wake up to over 10 moth in our towels bed. On the walls, we couldn’t wait to leave the room. Wasn’t impressed

Nice modern hotel but I wouldn’t go back.
Pros:

The location and view, the staff, the space and very stylish.

Cons:

In the room which was on the seventh floor is showing signs of wear with some of the furniture worn and damaged,the bed was not comfortable.The shower was useless and every morning of our three night stay was a mere dribble and barely usable.
The evening meal in the restaurant was very poor and so we only used it once.The breakfast was chaotic with minimum staff,uncleared tables and cold cooked breakfast with missing items and low quality.The buffet breakfast selection however was very good.Only one self service coffee machine which was very slow and always a long queue which was very inconvenient.

The hotel was busy with daily conference groups and so we rarely got a seat in the bar / lounge which was a shame.

What do I like about the property? Very clean very welcoming

Cons:

And stuff it was excellence I couldn’t ask for much better stuff. Everything is just nice breakfast excellence myself and my kids they loved it and I also loved it. Can’t wait to go back there when the Son is better.

Friendly reception staff and rooms are really clean. All done for housekeeping team and the most welcome receptionist Mahura (she have a long name I cat remember with S it’s starting).

Adequate for a short break away.
Pros:

Good location as it was central to the main town and Seafront. Spa and leisure facilities were appropriate. Nice size bed and comfortable .

Cons:

Bedroom furniture quite worn I.e bed and chest of drawers. Dust in the bathroom underneath the sink and on the shower. No dressing gowns and slippers provided.

Overall didn’t live up to Hilton’s name.
Pros:

The location, gym and breakfast

Cons:

The property wasn’t clean, pool and nearby changing areas seem messy, lots of used towels sitting in changing rooms for over 24h, lots of hair everywhere, rubbish floating in the pool. Dust under the beds.

The location is great. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We couldn’t get a robe so didn’t feel comfortable us in the pool without a robe so was very disappointed. The air con didn’t work when we served and it took us an hour to get through to reception and house keeping to get some water and ice.
