Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen.
Freundlich, hilfsbereit, mit vielen Details eingerichtete Unterkunft die unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat! Die großzügig gestaltete Unterkunft, der sehr saubere Pool, die zentrale Lage hat uns besonders begeistert. Erwähnenswert ist der Kühlschrank der zur Verfügung steht und die zusätzlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Damit kann man auch in der Unterkunft frühstücken oder Ähnliches.
Eine Bushaltestelle legt in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Очень ламповая спокойная вилла. Территория небольшая но очень уютная. Касательно владельцев - просто потрясающая семья, которая с трепетом относится к каждому своему гостю и пытается всячески угодить в пожеланиях. Иногда вечерами сидели с ними в холле и общались просто на разные темы.
Lovely place! The pool was the cleanest we experienced in Sri Lanka, the location is great, and the host is incredibly friendly.

The villa was great for a group, not far from the beach and restaurants. The pool was amazing and the family were beautiful.
The place was near a railway and not far from the station so in the mornings when the trains came though the bells going off were a bit annoying.

Family run business couldn’t do enough for us . We had only booked for 2 nights but enjoyed our stay so much we added an extra night ,the host made up a different room for us as our original room was booked.

Excellent villa, clean, cozy, comfortable. Convenient location. The most important thing is the owners of the villa. Wonderful people, kind, friendly, attentive to their guests. The holiday at the villa was unforgettable and leaves a desire to come back here again.
We were at the Avon villa after we arrived after a long trip and we rested there to recover from the journey. The place was very well located and well run. Nearly like Western standards. We noticed Hadjid and his wife really do appreciate their activity and are very helpful and efficient. Wifi was perfect. the room was perfect.
Water pressure can be inequal and more than often on the low side. Something to look at but not a show stopper.
