A localização é excelente. O café da manhã melhorou, assim como a limpeza.

Cons:

Não tem um cobertor ou lençol extra no quarto, logo passei frio a noite. O quarto não é silencioso por ser no térreo.

Camas confortáveis, localização privilegiada, café agradável, funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo, porém tem um ponto de melhoria.
O local onde é servido o café da manhã deveria ser mais espaçoso. Falta lugares para os hóspedes sentarem em algum momento do café.

Pros:

Dificil encontrar alguma coisa que gostei... localização e do funcionário que ajudou com as bagagens.

Cons:

Quase tudo, o check in demorado, elevador além de perigosos, teve um dia que não funcionou e tivemos que subir do 2 andar a cobertura a pé para tomar café, o café é muito ruim, a luz do quarto é bem fraca.
