Boa estadia, apesar de alguns pontos a melhorar.

O hotel é bonito, bem cuidado e muito bem localizado, o que facilitou bastante para conhecer a região. O quarto e as áreas do hotel estavam limpos e organizados. O café da manhã também estava bom, com boas opções.

A localização me pareceu bastante segura e tranquila, o que foi um ponto positivo durante a estadia.

Cons:

A cama achei pequena para duas pessoas e também bastante mole. Durante a noite, quando meu marido se virava de um lado para o outro, a cama inteira acabava chacoalhando, o que foi um pouco desconfortável e atrapalhou o sono.

Outro ponto que me surpreendeu foi a cobrança da estadia antes mesmo do check-in. Eu ainda estava a caminho da viagem, por volta das 9h da manhã, e o check-in só começaria às 14h. Mesmo assim, o valor total da hospedagem foi debitado do cartão antes de eu chegar ao hotel. Já me hospedei anteriormente em outros hotéis pela mesma plataforma e isso nunca havia acontecido, então achei a situação um pouco inesperada.

A localização é excelente. Funcionários prestativos, cama confortável, ótimo chuveiro, banheiro com shampoo, condicionador, gel de limpeza e hidrante da Loccitane au Bresil. Café da manhã muito bom, com várias opções de sucos e chás.
