La TV no se puede conectar a internet
The hotel was awesome! We were greeting at the front desk by Ismenia. She was very friendly and helpful in getting us a taxi to see El Cajas National Park. Our room was very large, beds comfortable, and great breakfast. The hotel is only 2 blocks from the cities main park and the New Cathedral.

Room was large and pleasant with a full seating area. Bed very comfortable with good quality bedding. Servio was very friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent - one block from Central Plaza.

Muy cerca del Parque Calderon/Catedral, el personal es muy amable y nos ayudo con parqueadero a pesar de notificar a ultima hora.
- La habitacion estab aun poco fria, estabamos cerca de las gradas y se escucha el ruido de las personas al entrar, el telefono de recepcion, lo que es un poco molesto en la noche
la verdad muy buen hotel tanto en la atencion como en su comiodidad, lo unico que le falta hacer es cambiar algunos de los colchones ya que estuvieron un poco hundidos en su parte central lo que ocasiono unos terribles dolores de espalda a mi esposa e hija.
Excelente servicio, la habitación es igual que en las fotos, el desayuno muy bueno y la vista desde el comedor es hermosa. El personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar y lo hacen de la mejor manera. Lo recomiendo.
The hotel allows dogs , therefore there was barking , I could not sleep, I complained to the receptionist at night and in the morning, they did not fix the problem . I do Not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in very convenient location. The main square, the cathedrals, the flower market and other attractions are very close. The staff is very accommodating, breakfast was very good

The property is very conveniently located to the main square, new cathedral, and easily walkable to anything in Cuenca. The staff was very helpful, especially Ismenia who went out of her way to recommend restaurants, places to see, and called places to make sure they were open. She even helped fix a zipper tab for my brother's suitcase. I highly recommend this property.
The room was nothing like what i thought i was booking. I paid for one of their superior rooms hut got a one bedroom, plus a three bed room. There was no windows in the room or pillow cases either.
We arrived early and had previously arranged for early check in. Still, it took a long time before we were able to get someone to open the front door. After checking in we had to leave on a tour except there is no way for you to let yourself out of the lobby because they locked us in. We were stuck in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting to get out.
They advertise laundry service but go out of their way to be unhelpful. They would tell us they don’t do that, or they are too busy, etc before finally agreeing to do one load of laundry for $40 and only after we showed them the Expedia advertisement where they say they do this.
Also checkout took twenty minutes. Worst hotel experience of my life. It should be illegal to operate the way they do.
Also the room reeks of mildew.
Hotel Cordero is just two blocks for the center of the historic part of Cuenca. While the hotel is a bit long in the tooth - much could use updating, the staff more than make up for it in helpfulness. The could immediately up the wattage of the room lights. Don't know when liquid soap dispensers were popular, but bar soap would be preferable.

I can't say nothing but good things about this hotel.
Good location, excellent services, nice and clean, breakfast was the most, and you can't best the price.
A ten out of ten
The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so eager to please and so friendly. Their breakfasts were very good also, custom ordered with lots of good local fresh fruits and freshly squeezed juices.
Very pleasant staff. Clean hotel. Very good breakfast.
