Pros:

I loved the breakfast served. The facilities and rooms were spacious and nice. They treated us so well and I appreciate the chocolates and champagne that was left for my husband and I to celebrated our anniversary.

Cons:

The flies that got caught in the room. Several flies were in the room. Once the ac was on they went away but prior they were everywhere.

Perfect getaway!
Pros:

We love the staff. They are so accommodating and the breakfast was wonderful the afternoon snacks were great! Our room was comfortable and clean. The surroundings were well maintained and beautiful flowers. We stayed here last year for my birthday and returned for my friends' birthday. we will be back.

Cons:

Nothing that they could control. The power went out for quite a while.

Everything was fine. We went there for a concert and in the middle of the concert power and grass Valley went out and it came back on after midnight. The front desk gave us camping light

A great place to disconnect and enjoy walking around in an alpine village ambience.
Pros:

We loved the location, an easy walk to everything we wanted to see, and the room's balcony to look out over the area and facility. The complimentary breakfast with made to order omelets was also a highlight.

We were looking for a hotel for guests for a wedding and found a "home" in Grass Valley.

little buildings, location, small hotel feel

Quiet, cozy, spacious and clean.
Pros:

The evening wine & appetizer hour was lovely. Got to socialize with other guests visiting the area. Room was cozy, quiet, and well stocked with incidentals. Bed super comfortable. Location two blocks or less from main street in town.

Cons:

Wifi was a bit weak in my location, but may have been a technical matter with provider. Eventually got better over time.
