Low value, could use improved maintenance, wifi is bad, breakfast is inedible.

Nice common areas and trees

Cons:

Bad maintenance, bathroom door at reception didn’t close, rooms sub average and hollow, none of the dozen WiFi networks worked on my laptop or phone leading me to fall behind on work and travel planning, the breakfast is two types of juice two types of cereal and some bananas. Full of sugar and Carlen’s. Very low quality. Youth hostels offer better options.

Le petit déjeuner continental basic mais il y’ a tout ce dont un européen a besoin.

Pros:

Chambre de bonne taille, bouteille à disposition tous les jours, lit confortable et moelleux, bel hôtel type hacienda avec parking devant les chambre, hôtel à l’écart centre à 5 minutes en voiture

Cons:

Très peu de pression dans la douche, quelque élément offert au petit déjeuner comme indiqué mais la dame du petit déjeuner force un peu pour que l’on prenne des suppléments payant, d’ailleurs elle n’est pas très agréable et pas souriante.

Très bon séjour en famille
Pros:

Le personnel etait très sympathique et avait envie de satisfaire. Marcelino est tres serviable au petit déjeuner et les cocktails au bord de la piscine au top.
L'espace est tres bien entretenu et de qualité. Un très très bon séjour.

Cons:

On le savait mais c'est vrai que c'est un peu éloigné du centre, donc vien plus tranquille mais si pas envie de bouger jusqu'au centre alors il n'y a pas grand chose autour. Un petit restaurant du midi est disponible à 100m pour quand meme une expérience authentique

Todo ❤️. Y en especial la profesionalidad del personal de recepción , servicio de limpieza de cuartos y personal del desayuno . Impecable . Es mi hotel de referencia en Valladolid . Los visito desde España y es el tercer viaje a México que me hospedo con ustedes . Gracias
