Not the worst hotel but not the best by far, room was outdated but did the job. Room gets super hot without the air con on. Location is great though

I liked the pool

We stayed here as a 1 night base for visits to neighbouring island tours. Rooms were clean but a little tired, when you leave the room to ensure its locked press the lock first on the inside or it dosent lock. Pool area lovely but only a few beds. Reception staff were so lovely and friendly . Great location and it was quiet to be honest
Room was dirty, stains on pillows and duvet cover. Bathroom sink was blocked with hair and grime, mould all over the bathroom. Bugs constantly in the room, got bitten really bad overnight and woke up with new bites every morning
We only stayed here 1 night before deciding to go to another hotel.

The pillows felt like they were plywood with a bit of foam on either side

Just a very comfortable setting. Really enjoy the location from the dock as well. Very centrally located as well. Great staff, the welcome is always friendly and with smiles.
Great location, quiet place, very nice garden and Japanese trees. Not flexible about the check out. Absolutely have to be at 11am o’clock.
Good for what we paid for 2 nights, a bit tired looking but comfortable, clean and well equipped. Hotel arranged ferry staff to meet us at the pier, they took us and our luggage to and from the hotel. Decent breakfast. Lovely little pool but very few sun loungers. we were happy staying 2 nights, I recommend for short stays or for travellers on a tight budget
Disappointed for the cost. Thought I’d treat myself to something nice, and instead got a room with broken air conditioning the first night. They were able to move me for the last two. Wifi was terrible for the work I needed to get done while I was there. I had to email a central place to have my issues addresses and never got a response from them as I had requested several times. They left it to the powerless front desk to deal with my frustration. Would recommend a different place in Phi Phi for lower cost. Not worth the splurge.
