Was für ein Abstieg nach Besitzerwechsel
Cons:

Was ist aus diesem Hotel geworden? Wir waren früher hier Stammgast und es wurde mit Besitzerwechsel zunehmend schlechter. Zum Frühstück nur noch Aufbacksemmeln und Wurst aus dem Supermarkt, dafür aber 5€ teurer, Zimmer inzwischen abgewohnt und keine Möglichkeit mehr, jemand per Telefon oder Mail zu erreichen. Meine Umbuchung über Booking.com wurde auch nach 3 Tagen nicht beachtet, sodass der Kollege, der 1 Tag früher angereist ist, kein Zimmer hatte. Von uns wird keine Buchung mehr erfolgen.

Pros:

Mir wurde schnell beim Einchecken geholfen. Das großzügige Zimmer war topp.
Das Bett nicht zu weich. Getränke kostenfrei.

Cons:

Die Duschkabine war für mich etwas eng.

Der Aufenthalt war gut ich hatte keine Preobleme.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, vielseitigkeit fehlte etwas, Zimmer waren toll. Lage mit Parkplatz ebenfalls abgelegen und ausreichend.

Cons:

das Brauhaus ist ja gar kein Brauhaus, Gaststätte fehlt obwohl Kapazität da ist, Schliesssystem Codeschloss gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Pros:

Waren schon oft da. Lage top, da für uns alles erreichbar war, was wir wollten.

Cons:

Ausstattung „billig“. Kitschiger Teppich und Beistelltisch aus Plastik, schief zusammengebaut.
Toilettenbrille passte nicht aufs WC …
Hatten 2 Übernachtungen, es gab kein Personal an der Rezeption (Frühstück wurde uns schon vorab abgesagt).

Comfortable hotel
Pros:

Comfortable hotel with a good value for money (seating area, fridge… )
We had a room on the back side and we enjoyed being able to sleep the open window.

Cons:

Several days before our arrival, we recieved messages informing us that the check-in would be done by means of a code, which was quite anxiety-inducing.
No one was answering the phone either when we called to inform that we would have breakfast.
Too bad, because there was finally someone to welcome us.

We also have to mention that the employee at breakfast was not especially welcoming.

As far as we are concerned, we would have finally preferred a hotel in the very center of the city.
