Luce Suite Hotel

The staff are very friendly. Although they need to update the check in time from 1:30pm to later as I was waiting longer than usual for my room to be ready. 5 stars though for their comfort and welcoming behaviour. Thank you!

Bestohlen wurden wir unser geld wurde geklaut aus dem zimmer ich konnte mit meiner zimmer karte 3 weiter zimmer bettreten von besitzer sollten wir die Kamera aufzeichnungen bekommen hat sich bis heute nicht gemeldet !!! Unsaubere zimme im bad ist alles verschimmelt grauenhaft nie wieder !!!

Don’t be fooled by the pictures nothing at all as the picture it’s a big lie hotel was filthy smells like old old smoke my son and daughter have allergies and it was very hard to them to stay that night they would not give us a refund so we left the property anyways they don’t have coffee and the service is bad and dirty and they were under construction and it’s not a safe environment for people

The hotel is nothing as you expect in the pictures at all they were under construction the room smelled really bad old smoke couldn’t sleep my husband and daughter have allergies the rooms were dirty the customer service was not good. We complain to hotels.com and we couldn’t stay the rest of our nights .until now we have not received a refund for that reservation. I had to leave that hotel and book a new reservation at a different one

It was good stay, location very good, every thing near, price reasonable

We stayed in the family room for 3 people. Nothing was working in this room. Toilet was not working properly. Shower area was so dirty you would not want to shower. All drawers were missing handles. Two out of four lights were operational. Sink was very dirty. same with dishes, glasses, utensils. I travel three or four times a year. never had such a disastrous experience.

Windows in the room 201 were not like the photo. Batteries missing from tv remote controls. Kitchenet counter old. 2 old AC units on balcony. Lots of construction material in halways/stair case.

Bed was good, sheets/towels clean, hot water working.

Owner and employees are very nice, and try to please the customers. It is a small business. We had an issue with our hotel room, they moved us another hotel owned by the same person at no additional cost. My wife has a dust allergy, we asked owner if we can pay extra to the cleaning female so that she can clean the room the way we asked, owner offered us free service, I chose to pay female tip for her effort. I did not want to take advantage of the people kindness. The other hotel name was “wide suits”

The good: Great location, close to everything for people that like to walk and explore.

The bad: They put up photos that did not match the room sizes. I had bought a larger tier room, but when I checked in, they gave me a small one. I had printed out my purchase on orbitz to show them the photos.

First staff member I spoke with claimed it was orbitz's fault. Second staff member I spoke with the next day claimed the photo was of a room that they used to have years ago, but have since remodeled and it doesnt exist.

The dishware and cups in the cupboards had dried food stuck to it and had to be washed; I don't think they used soap when they cleaned it.

Aside from that, the staff was friendly. First time staying at a 3 star hotel, so a few things surprised me:

-The "front desk" is a folding table.
-They do not provide "do not disturb" placards to hang on your door.
-The walls are very thin, can hear your neighboors sneeze.

over all though it was cheap, so i wasn't too upset. It's the dishonesty about the room bookings that bothered me. If they had used photos that match the rooms they listed so that the room you check into matches the one you buy, I would have given much better rating because it was cheap- you get what you pay for.

Geç saat olduğu ve alternatif bulamayacağımız için, 5 kişilik yatağın tıkıştırıldığı ve her yeri dökülen bir odada konaklamak zorunda bırakıldık.

We enjoyed our stay so much, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean.
I highly recommend this place for those looking for peaceful and comfortable stay with amazing receptionists.

Frontdesk team is friendly; special mention to Hakan, Guzal, and Haziz, among others.

Thank you for the room upgrade, as well as the complimentary water, coffee, tea, etc. The room was a bit small; but the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is located close to the Havabus in Taksim.

Trivia: When I checked in, I had a very bad allergy attack. The frontdesk team didn't know about this. As soon as I entered my room, I overslept. When I requested Hakan for more water, it was given right away. I was prepared to pay for the multiple bottled water; but was told they were complimentary. This is very much appreciated! You only did not keep me hydrated; but you also saved me from walking outside/looking for an open grocery store with an unbearable allergy.

Overall good staff was very friendly and helpful. Specially Aziz
