that hotel in Istanbul was a mess, I had a very bad 5 nights, the space was damaged, very unhealthy, the sheets had fluids, the air conditioning was not useful and the temperatures were high, there was no cleaning service, the floor of the room was damaged, there was no elevator for the 5th floor where they placed me, there was no help for the suitcases where I almost had an accident on the stairs thanks to it, the room did not have insurance on the door and anyone could enter, the windows could not be opened, the bathroom in very bad condition, it seems to me that
the hotel was a total scam, one of the mattresses was burned and they had animals and I suffered from a severe allergy in the area of my chest, something like this is not justifiable
The location is great. The hotel is easily accessible by the M2 metro line. There are many places for dining in the surroundings. Several shops, like supermarkets and souvenir shops are in close proximity. The staff is very friendly and kind.
One issue was the cleanliness. I mean, we basically found trash from the previous guests in one of the cupboards and under the bed, which begs the question of whether the room was cleaned at all.
I also feel like the description is a little bit misleading. Yes, you have a kitchenette, but it is not well equipped. There are some plates and basic cutlery, but good luck cooking something. Yes, your room has an AC, but it is dirty to the point you have to be brave to use it (I mean, the interior of the AC is basically green/black). I tried to explain the cleanliness and the AC situation to the staff in English, but the language barrier did not allow it.

The staff are very friendly. Although they need to update the check in time from 1:30pm to later as I was waiting longer than usual for my room to be ready. 5 stars though for their comfort and welcoming behaviour. Thank you!
The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to Taksim and at the same time it is in a quiet area. There are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.
The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, especially Saied the night shift guy at the front desk was amazing and accommodating.
I would highly recommend this property for a budget traveler.
Jacuzzi inside a bedroom is a perfect idea, and that is why we booked it. It was very pleasant experience to use it before going to bed every day

Bestohlen wurden wir unser geld wurde geklaut aus dem zimmer ich konnte mit meiner zimmer karte 3 weiter zimmer bettreten von besitzer sollten wir die Kamera aufzeichnungen bekommen hat sich bis heute nicht gemeldet !!! Unsaubere zimme im bad ist alles verschimmelt grauenhaft nie wieder !!!
