Bedbugs - Bettwanzen - punaises

The hotel is in a good location between the train station and old town. The receptionists are very friendly.

We did not stay the night however because we found several bedbugs crawling around us when we laid down in the evening. I killed a couple of them, but the more we searched the pillows and sheets, the more bugs we found. We just fled to nice hotel across the street for the same price.

The staff at the reception could not issue a refund or anything, which we understood.
I mailed the responsible for this branch, the answer was just that no bed bugs were found, even tough i attached photos and videos as attachment.

If you also encounter bed bugs on you stay here, do not expect any refund for your trouble or even any excuse from the responsibles.

Deuxièmement fois dans cette hôtel et pas déçu. Proche de la gare et prix raisonnable par rapport à ce qui est proposé au alentour

Room 203 needs blackout curtains because there is a streetlight outside that shines into the room, directly onto the bed.

I felt very welcome and relaxed at the hotel

The location is close to the station which is convenient. The room was clean, the staff was friendly.
I stayed on a rainy cold day and there was no hairdryer in the room, the reception told me where to check and if I didnt find the one in the room, i can come back and ask for one. And indeed there was no hairdryer, went back to ask the reception to borrow one, they said the hair dryer they had in storage was already borrowed. It was not a very convenient night, sleeping with wet hair…

depuis plusieurs mois l'ascenseur est en panne

Le séjour s'est globalement bien passé. Le personnel est accueillant. Simplement j'ai demandé une chambre sur la cour et j'ai eu sur la rue. Par ailleurs, j'ai trouvé le système de ventilation extrêmement bruyant. Pour le reste tout est bien : la propreté, le personnel, les différents services (petit déjeuner, parking, etc)

My stay was comfortable. The lift was not working but i was on first floor so no issue for me. The staff were friendly abd very helpful.

Attention l'ascenseur est en panne... Pour une certaine durée...

Definitely a two star hotel. The only positive things - staff was friendly and helped haul our suitcases up stairs as the elevator is not working and the room is clean. Other than that, zero - can hear people talking in the next room, doors being slammed.

Séjour tranquille, calme, pas de bruit ni de dérangements, malgré le nombre de clients.

Hôtel juste en face de la gare donc très pratique. Chambre pas trop grande mais suffisante. Problème d'eau chaude réglé rapidement. Mais surtout de vrais volets pour dormir dans l'obscurité et ça fait vraiment plaisir.

Très bon séjour de deux nuits, personnel accueillant et compétent (accueil, petit déjeuner), chambre comfortable, propre et agréable. Emplacement très pratique d'accès (à côté de la gare). Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Un peu de bruit côté rue.
