Clean, safe, family friendly stay... Excellent Beds!
Pros:

Tasha at the front desk was amazing!! The days that she cooked the eggs for breakfast were absolutely delicious!! Her hospitality and her assistance was fantastic. The cleanliness of my room by Toya was very good! My daughter and I came for the Eagles vs Cowboys game and we will definitely be returning to Microtel for our future Philly trips. Tasha you and your housekeeping staff have changed my opinion of Microtel. Kevin was a fantastic and kind driver! Thank you all around for respecting my requests regarding my daughter's allergies. Way to go team!!

I enjoyed the rest. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful.

A consistently enjoyable and affordable stay in a convenient location, with just one recurring issue
Pros:

We've stayed at this hotel several times and have consistently had a positive experience overall. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient for our visits to the area. The hotel offers excellent value for the price, which is one of the reasons we continue to return. Despite a few minor inconveniences, it's been a reliable and affordable option that we're happy to recommend.

Cons:

One recurring issue I've noticed during multiple stays at this property is the room keys unexpectedly stopping working. During our two-night stay in 2025, we had to return to the front desk both nights to have our keys reactivated, and during our most recent stay, the same issue occurred on our second night. The staff mentioned that keeping the keys near our phones could cause this, which I understand. However, I handle my room keys the same way at every hotel I visit and have never experienced this issue so consistently anywhere else. While it hasn't discouraged us from returning, it's a frustrating inconvenience that I hope the hotel can address.

Redelijk hotel voor een korte stop
Pros:

De locatie is naar onze mening het grootste pluspunt. Het is vlak langs de snelweg en zit op een terrein met een benzine pomp en een cracker barrel restaurant. Ook lagen de bedden prima!

Cons:

De badkamer was enorm verouderd en echt aan vervanging toe. Ook is de slaapkamer niks bijzonders.

I came to the area to attend family function--a funeral-- The staff were very kind and accommodating
