Bed was clean and comfortable.

The staff was very helpful.
Breakfast was not ready near the time it was suppose to be ready. Since we had to leave we were unable to have breakfast before we had to leave.
My family & I love this place. It's always a convenient and comfortable stay here in Ridley.
This isn't much of a complaint. I was disappointed that the waffle makers were gone and replaced my a really cool pancake maker. The cakes were delicious, light and fluffy. The little omelet muffin-style eggs were nice too.
The only gripe I have about our stay is that we had to pay for parking per night, when it used to be free or maybe included in the price. But other than that it was a nice place to stay.

When we signed in we were given keys to room 3 times before we found a room that was not ready!!! The room we finally got had a problem with a smell. The whole 2nd floor really had a strong odor. We needed to sleep with window open all night to not have problems with respiratory system. Got very congested from it!!

The computer system was horribly slow. Facilities on each floor were lacking. The frame on the bathroom was rusted and didn't seem like maintenance was kept up on.
Save your money do not stay at this resort.

Yikes!
We had our flights out of PHI cancelled at the last minute and needed a place to stay overnight. Free airport shuttle, big store located right across the parking lot, friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast, clean hotel. No complaints and I'd stay here again if I'm in PHI.
Comfortable bed, but it's much too tall for short people.
Paying for parking. The refrigerator was not very cold.
Nothing to be honest the staff wasn't helpful than on top of it they were ignorant and cocky while doing their jobs plus we didn't have a shower curtain with our room bed had someone else's hair in it. Overall I would never recommend to anyone and if I knew someone booked it I would try and change there mind for them.
The staff especially from the front desk associate Kash giving me and my girlfriend attitude and being unfriendly and unhelpful then she seemed to be trying intimidation tactics while at front desk with another co worker staring and just seemed very unprofessional.
