Very poor management and disrespectful staff at the facility

My room wasn’t clean for my entire stay and I have so my own bed and go the front desk for new towels and when I asked the front desk told me the cleaners only take the trash and give you a new bedsheets so you can do your own bed.I requested for iron to iron my desk but I didn’t get one and nobody seems to care about you at the facility, front desk are rude and so to the cleaners.

Cons:

The noise coming from the room next door was unbearable. The TV was so loud.. I couldn’t sleep

Pros:

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Entire 3rd floor (and common areas) absolutely reeked of marijuana. Traveling with a small child, it was completely unacceptable. Elevator was broken and had to have staff run to the 2nd floor to bring it down. Room was freezing. Super unideal stay.

Pros:

Be aware, this hotel is not super clean. Carpet and walls in room were filthy. If you are expecting to use the airport shuttle service, know it's shared overnight with the hotel next door and could affect their ability to accomodate you. We ended up ordering an uber because they couldn't accommodate just the 2 in our party at 4:30am due to a "large group" next door.

Nice and Convenient
Pros:

We were traveling for vacation out of the country. This place has very dependable places to park our car. The rooms were clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly. We could schedule our rides in and out of the airport without any problems.

Pleasant and neat
Pros:

It was neat and near food

Cons:

Breakfast was trash. For the amount of money paid, it should've been way better. Walls are too thin. You can hear everything. Water pressure was horrible
