Nothing to be honest the staff wasn't helpful than on top of it they were ignorant and cocky while doing their jobs plus we didn't have a shower curtain with our room bed had someone else's hair in it. Overall I would never recommend to anyone and if I knew someone booked it I would try and change there mind for them.
The staff especially from the front desk associate Kash giving me and my girlfriend attitude and being unfriendly and unhelpful then she seemed to be trying intimidation tactics while at front desk with another co worker staring and just seemed very unprofessional.
Comfortable bed, but it's much too tall for short people.
Paying for parking. The refrigerator was not very cold.

Absolutely disgusting! Red flag #1 - they charged an extra $10 for parking even though it was not mentioned anywhere. Red flag #2 - they didn’t tell me the elevator was broken until after they ran my credit card. Had to walk up three floors with my bags. Red flag #3 - when I opened the door to the room the first thing I smelled was dirty feet belonging to some guy already asleep in the bed. They gave me the keys to a room already occupied by someone else! The guy behind the desk was not helpful at all. I told him I was leaving and I wanted a refund. He refunded me for the room but not for the parking. Do not stay here.
The young man working when we checked in, was very pleasant very nice
The first room we were put in the air-conditioning didn’t work and the tub did not drain. The second room was dirty. Then the elevator was broke almost the entire time we were there. They offered no assistance to help us get our luggage down the steps the staff working at checkout were not friendly, didn’t greet us. The continental breakfast was cold. The eggs were cold. The bacon was not fully cooked and the second room there was a bug.
We stay at this hotel inorder to pick up our granddaughter at the airport, so we use their airport shuttle to accomplish this. A Quick easy way to access the airport.
Room was good- staff was courteous and responsive to our needs- very clean and quiet.
The shower curtain was disgusting, dirty and moldy.
The area was a little dead but the front desk lady tyiesha was very pleasant. I came in Saturday morning needing room to rest and my pregnant friend wasn’t feeling very well and she went a cleaned a room for us. I will be back to see her again she was awesome and our stay was great! See you again soon.
