Pros:

Staff was nice. Location was good. It was convenient to have other things located nearby.

Cons:

There was no comforter on one of the beds & the bathroom had someone's hair on the floor.

Pros:

Upon arriving, it was obvious that the room had not been cleaned (the beds were made haphazardly, and the bathroom (especially the toilet) was dirty. After complaining, the front attendant gave us an upgraded room, which was ok.

Pros:

We just stayed for the night as we were passing through. It was a good clean room. Staff was friendly. It was an overall easy experience. Conveniently located to I95. Even with the $10 parking fee it was still $7 cheaper than anything else I found and that area. Breakfast was as good as any other hotel breakfast.

Cons:

Police presence makes you feel like you’re in the hood. Breakfast was only pancakes waffles and eggs and toast no meats as if they ran out and were waiting for a delivery. Breakfast was sad! Kids playing doorbell ditch on handicap rooms!

Pros:

the location and the staff, easy check in and the room was comfy. The breakfast was good and my checkout was amazing as well. no dislikes. Fresh coffee at night and early in the morning at 4am..I love that,because I'm a coffee drinker.

Pros:

Convenient to the airport.

Cons:

Our tv was not hooked up so we could not watch h it. The door would not lock. I am extremely disappointed and would like to discuss a refund.

Other than a few issues, the day was very good
Pros:

When the elevator broke, the cleaning crew absolutely rocked it!!! They help my wife get down the stairs, carrying her scooter and our luggage. They were there to assist in anyway they were absolutely fantastic!!!! The room was nice and clean and everything worked well.

Cons:

In the handicap room, the beds were too high. My my wife would not have been able to get into the bed if it wasn’t for my help. I never had to pay for parking before this is the first. The elevator broke just before checkout. My wife had to slide down the steps to get to the first floor since we were on the fourth.
