I paid $65 for parking at the hotel to witness my car being backed into and tyres punctured thru the side walls.hotel staff were only concerned about denying accountability.one if them laughed as though it was funny.so my stay was alot more expensive than anything,

Venue and staff wee great but very unimpressed with after hours noise from other residents

Cons:

Room was not sound proof and I was kept awake until 2am by noisy residents then awoken at 4am. A sleepless night which was most unappreciated

Pros:

We love the parking, the room sizes, they are clean, the place is located away from the super busy parts of Canberra but still close enough to everything (when driving). It's our go to hotel when we stay in Canberra.

Cons:

The menu has changed. Not as many food options to order.

Location is good. Accessible to most of the places and Majura shopping centre

Cons:

Breakfast is too repetitive every day. Same breakfast for over 4 days. Expecting to have varieties if not every day atleast alternate days

Really nice hotel with great lobby very close to airport and to Rodneys Cafe and Garden Centre.

Cons:

Key card did not work properly the day of check out which was inconvenient.
