Não tem limpeza, nenhum dia limparam meu quarto dos 4 dias que passei lá. Acesso aos quartos é péssimo!

As camas eram confortáveis e o café da manhã foi muito bem servido.

Cons:

Percebi que o quarto não estava limpo, encontrei fios de cabelo nos lençóis (certeza que não eram meus pois a fibra era diferente), também encontrei gergelim na cama (como se alguém tivesse comido algo com esse ingrediente antes de mim). O box do banheiro estava com vazamento, mas não chegou a molhar todo o banheiro, o chuveiro provavelmente estava precisando ser aberto para limpeza pois os jatos de água não tinham força e estavam todos espalhados.

Hotel precisa de uma administração para oferecer os serviços de maneira eficiente
Cons:

A limpeza precária: recebemos o quarto sem higienização. Os funcionários não limparam o quarto com regularidade.
O hotel não tinha lençóis suficientes.
O café da manhã sem diversidade e os alimentos de péssima qualidade, tipo: banana cozida, batata doce e macaxeira requentadas, iogurte estragado e sem reposição dos alimentos. Também não tinham funcionários no restaurante.
Não retornaremos a esse hotel.
