dramat...czegoś takiego nie przeżyłam nigdy. Hotel nie dba o gości.
Pros:

Nic mi się nie podobało ponieważ w hotelu przeprowadzany jest olbrzymi remont terenu zewnetrznego od strony morza. Są remontowane wszystkie tarasy zewnetrzne więc nie da się otworzyć tarasu w pokoju a tym bardziej nie da się spędzac czasu na zewnatrz. Tarasy są szlifowane/cyklinowane, jest pełno pyłu oraz odtwarzany jest drugi taras przez cięcię desek i ich przytwierdzanie....taras też ma byc malowany. Jako gość hotelowy nie zostałam poinformowana o remoncie przed przyjazdem, chociaz hotel był ze mną w kontakcie.

Besser geht es kaum - ob Relax-Urlaub oder Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.
Pros:

Ganz besonderes Lob verdient das gesamte Team - immer freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfreich und dabei nie aufdringlich. Und natürlich die Anlage insgesamt - die ist sowohl von der Lage als auch vom Angebot (Spa, Pools, Ruhezonen undundund) und der Wertigkeit der Ausstattung außerordentlich.

Cons:

Die Küche im Restaurant war uns zu sehr "haute cuisine" und zu wenig authentisch. Aber das ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes Geschmacksache.

Do not stay here between October to April
Pros:

The staff at glass restaurant for breakfast and dinner are amazing, the lady breakfast manager during our stay was an angel, she went out of her way to put baked beans on the menu for my husband. She takes the time to greet every single guest as they enter for breakfast. Food was delicious.

The staff and glass bar for dinner were spectacular, the two girls serving during our stay made anything happen and were incredibly warm and attentive.

Cons:

I would have liked the property management to disclose that there is currently full on construction on going at the hotel on the beach area, even if the sun beds are out, its not safe for guests to sit on the beach whilst theres deconstruction, drilling, use of axes and rebuilding of the decking.

If you travel between off season to the beginning of the open season (mid April) only half the sun loungers will be cushioned, as there is no table service at the sun loungers away from the pool. This meant waking up to bare sun beds and loungers daily, making the trip repetitive because there was only one place you could actually lounge around. This highlights the property is not functioning, even if they insist they are before you book.

Best to avoid this property between late October - till beginning of May

Pros:

Pampered stay at Caresse!
Pros:

We arrived in Bodrum after 5 days in Istanbul, where we had been attending several events for an engagement. I was just getting over a nasty cold and I was in bad shape when I got there!
I cannot express how grateful I am to the entire staff who made my stay incredible! They went above and beyond- picking up medicine for me from the pharmacy, recommending amazing restaurants, and even located my boyfriend's phone when he left it in a taxi! The spa is fantastic, I spent plenty of time there and I was thrilled with every treatment I had- the masseuses and estheticians were very skilled. Their main restaurant is excellent, we dined there many times. Since it was winter, many places were closed and even at the resort not all of restaurants were open, so I would love to return in the summer. I really loved our room- we stayed in a Marina suite that had breathtaking ocean views! I will definitely be back!

Очень красивый и отель с собственным пляжем. Мы были в январе, поэтому не купались. Замечательное спа с миллионом разных программ. Завтрак у нас был по меню - можно было заказать, все что хочешь. ОТличный номер, шикарный вид. Интересная стена между комнатой и душем - прозрачное стекло, но можно закрыть жалюзи.

Cons:

Персонал! Бегают и работают только когда ходит менеджер, в остальное время неи никакого дела до гостей
Хамам и сауна до 20.30 серьёзно??? Бассейн для 1 человека холодный. Хамам и сауна раздельно - серьёзно? Мне одному сидеть в сауне и супруге в другой сауне? Смешно!
В общем сюда не рекомендую да и еще за такую цену!

The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We stayed at Caresse, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Bodrum for two nights and unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the spa. However, we were not able to benefit from it at all. The sauna was closed, and we were informed that we needed to give notice one hour in advance for it to be opened, which was never clearly communicated beforehand. Since it was winter season, the temperature in the pool and spa area was extremely cold and uncomfortable. As soon as we entered the spa area, we had to leave — it was a huge disappointment. For a hotel that positions itself as luxury and charges high prices, this level of spa service in winter is unacceptable.

Additionally, housekeeping was a serious issue. When we returned to our room, we were shocked to find that it had not been cleaned at all. The room was untouched, and the towels had not been changed.

Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of service, comfort, or attention to detail. Considering its reputation as a luxury resort, our experience was far below acceptable standards. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel, especially during the winter season.
