Nice Resort but not up to 5 stars standard
Pros:

The resort is attractive and enjoys a beautiful setting. The beach has crystal-clear water, the swimming pool is large and pleasant, and there are lovely views of the sea.

Our sea-facing room was comfortable and well appointed. The Bulgari bathroom amenities were a nice touch, and the evening turndown service was appreciated.

The main issue during our stay was the air conditioning. Even on the lowest setting, it blew very forcefully directly onto the bed. My partner woke up with a sore throat after sleeping under the airflow all night. We tried switching the air conditioning off, but the room quickly became too hot to sleep comfortably. Unfortunately, we were unable to find a satisfactory compromise.

There is only one operating restaurant in the hotel, the Buddha-Bar restaurant. The menu is almost entirely Asian, which may appeal to many guests but offered very little variety for those who prefer other types of cuisine. We also found several dishes to be excessively salty. Apart from room service, there are no alternative dining options within the hotel.

Another downside was the persistent smell of cooking drifting from the kitchen into the corridors, particularly on the fourth floor near the elevators.

The staff are young, friendly and polite, but service is sometimes inconsistent. It can be difficult to attract someone’s attention at the restaurant or on the beach, and communication is occasionally complicated by limited English proficiency. On several occasions our orders were misunderstood. It was also surprisingly difficult for my partner and me to be served at the same time, with one meal often arriving 10 to 15 minutes after the other.

The Wi-Fi was another weak point. The connection frequently dropped, requiring repeated reconnections. On the balconies, at the restaurant and on the beach, the signal was particularly weak, making it difficult to upload photos, use social media or stream content reliably.

The hotel also allows a significant number of outside visitors to access its relatively small beach. As a result, especially at weekends, hotel guests may struggle to find available sun loungers either on the beach or around the pool deck.

Finally, music is played continuously on the beach and in the restaurant. At times it creates a pleasant atmosphere, but at other times it can become intrusive for guests looking for peace and relaxation.

The spa facilities are pleasant, although only female massage therapists are available, which may be a consideration for some guests.

I really enjoyed my short stay
Pros:

Amazing view from the room of the beach ,the pool , and landscaping , our room was spacious like a studio , very clean , spacious bathroom . Service of staff was excellent , breakfast very good

Cons:

Water was dripping from the AC above the ceiling and the technician could not fix it . Some staff have difficulty to understand English Language .

Es war sehr sauber, es gab Ordnung. Alles hatte seinen Ablauf und seinen Platz und eine gewisse Ruhe und Leichtigkeit

Cons:

Es gab zum Teil jüngere Angestellte, die es nicht noch nicht so gewohnt waren mehrere Leute auf einmal zu bedienen. Wenn man als Paar neben einer Gruppe sass wurde man schnell vergessen... unsere Bestellung kam zu spät, man kam erst nach Minuten fragen was wir bestellen wollten. Es war nicht böswillig, die brauchen einfach noch Übung.

Cons:

At Barbarossa Restaurant, I was subjected to what appeared to be an attempted scam when I was asked to pay nearly three times the actual bill amount. The bill was originally €250, but they tried to charge me €650 instead. The Uzbek waiter attempted to convince me that the difference was due to currency conversion fees and other baseless explanations. I refused to accept this, challenged the charge, and eventually they apologized for their conduct

dramat...czegoś takiego nie przeżyłam nigdy. Hotel nie dba o gości.
Pros:

Nic mi się nie podobało ponieważ w hotelu przeprowadzany jest olbrzymi remont terenu zewnetrznego od strony morza. Są remontowane wszystkie tarasy zewnetrzne więc nie da się otworzyć tarasu w pokoju a tym bardziej nie da się spędzac czasu na zewnatrz. Tarasy są szlifowane/cyklinowane, jest pełno pyłu oraz odtwarzany jest drugi taras przez cięcię desek i ich przytwierdzanie....taras też ma byc malowany. Jako gość hotelowy nie zostałam poinformowana o remoncie przed przyjazdem, chociaz hotel był ze mną w kontakcie.

Besser geht es kaum - ob Relax-Urlaub oder Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.
Pros:

Ganz besonderes Lob verdient das gesamte Team - immer freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfreich und dabei nie aufdringlich. Und natürlich die Anlage insgesamt - die ist sowohl von der Lage als auch vom Angebot (Spa, Pools, Ruhezonen undundund) und der Wertigkeit der Ausstattung außerordentlich.

Cons:

Die Küche im Restaurant war uns zu sehr "haute cuisine" und zu wenig authentisch. Aber das ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes Geschmacksache.

Do not stay here between October to April
Pros:

The staff at glass restaurant for breakfast and dinner are amazing, the lady breakfast manager during our stay was an angel, she went out of her way to put baked beans on the menu for my husband. She takes the time to greet every single guest as they enter for breakfast. Food was delicious.

The staff and glass bar for dinner were spectacular, the two girls serving during our stay made anything happen and were incredibly warm and attentive.

Cons:

I would have liked the property management to disclose that there is currently full on construction on going at the hotel on the beach area, even if the sun beds are out, its not safe for guests to sit on the beach whilst theres deconstruction, drilling, use of axes and rebuilding of the decking.

If you travel between off season to the beginning of the open season (mid April) only half the sun loungers will be cushioned, as there is no table service at the sun loungers away from the pool. This meant waking up to bare sun beds and loungers daily, making the trip repetitive because there was only one place you could actually lounge around. This highlights the property is not functioning, even if they insist they are before you book.

Best to avoid this property between late October - till beginning of May

Great Option
