Pequeno-almoço óptimo em variedade e qualidade. Localização ; situa-se muito perto da estação de comboios e autocarros

Pros:

Das Zimmer hatte sehr gute Proportionen, mit Sessel, Schreibtisch und farbig einstellbarer Ambiente-Beleuchtung. Die riesige Fensterfront gibt einen guten Blick auf die belebte Szenerie vor dem Hansaplatz. Die Fenster sind super schallgedämmt.
Das Badezimmer hat alles was ich mag.
Es gibt eine riesige Bäckerei gegenüber, mir exzellenten Croissants und einen Italiener ( 200 m ) mit toller Karte und außergewöhnlichem Service.

Cons:

Der vermeintliche "Online-Checkin" war keiner. Man wollte auf Biegen und Brechen meine Email-Adresse, um mir Werbung zusenden zu können. Es ließ sich nur mit Mühe abwenden. Willkommen geht besser.

Perfekt für eine Städtetour
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, nahe am Bahnhof, wuseliges Viertel, aber Ok. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, mit Kaffeemaschine. Parkplatz für 20 EUR/Tag in der Tiefgarage. Perfekt!

Im Grossen und Ganzen ist unser Aufenthalt gut gelaufen.
Pros:

Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren gut. Es ist vom Hauptbahnhof einfach zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sauber.
Das Personal am Tag des CheckIns war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfbereit.

Cons:

Ein Personal, der in der Nacht gearbeitet hat, war sehr unfreundlich. Er hat uns rassistisch belastet.
Ein Kellner in dem Restauranr unter war sehr unfreundlich und unhöfflich.
Aus diesen Gründen würden wir nie mehr in dem Hotel übernachten und werden es nicht weiter empfehlen.

Das Viertel , wo das Hotel liegt, ist nicht für alle Geschmack.

Awesome stay.
Pros:

Awesome place to stay, everything it needs to be and beautiful rooms and a lot of space for the price. Surprised with how clean and neat it was. And the quality of materials used in the rooms.

Top that with staff that is there to help 24/7. And its location near central station and bus central it's a clean 10/10

Cons:

The only part that can be a negative and a positive is its location. I am used to it because I travel a lot but if you're not that familiar with city's and not the best neighbourhoods then it can be very off putting. But fixable for example if coming from central station take Adenauerallee road to the hotel instead of hansaplatz. And use public transport to go the awesome places Hamburg have to offer instead of staying in the hotel neighborhood.
