Pros:

Das Hotel war rundum toll. Das Frühstück hat mich besonders beeindruckt. Eine unglaubliche Auswahl und sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die Lage - gerade Abends auf dem Weg vom Bahnhof zum Hotel, habe ich mich nicht ganz sicher gefühlt.

Pros:

Staff there were very nice including the person at the front desk and the wonderful woman who was attending the breakfast service.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable and the location was horrible. I would not recommend this area.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Hamburg sehr geeignet

Das nette Personal und das moderne Badezimmer sowie die Nähe zum Bahnhof.

Dejligt værelse. God seng og meget stille

Cons:

Lå ud til en plads der virkede utryg men så snart man var forbi den var kvarteret fint.
Jeg var ikke fan af morgenmaden

Comfort ma meglio non mettere piede fuori
Pros:

Struttura veramente carina... Camera pulitissima e accogliente, bagno dotato di ogni comfort e c'era anche macchina del caffè e bollitore a disposizione gratuitamente in camera. Capsule, bustine e asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno con cura e il sistema di areazione e riscaldamento è ottimale e di facile uso.

Cons:

All'arrivo il receptionist non è stato molto cordiale, mi ha consegnato la Key card senza darmi informazioni in merito al suo utilizzo, orari della colazione ecc. Inoltre, le camere sono davvero belle ma credo che si dovrebbe valutare la possibilità di creare un'area esterna comune ai clienti (balcone, cortile, patio). Le finestre in camera non si possono aprire e non essendoci neanche un terrazzino se una persona vuole fumare è costretta a scendere in strada, cosa non raccomandabile in questa zona... E qui veniamo al tasto dolente. Il quartiere è terrificante, pericoloso e assolutamente sconsiglio di camminare da soli di notte, soprattutto se si è donna. La comodità però sta certo nell'avere la stazione centrale a pochi minuti di distanza, che per chi utilizza Amburgo come città d'appoggio per visitare altri luoghi del Paese (come me), non è da sottovalutare.

Ein tolles Hotel mit einem überraschend anderen Frühstück.
Pros:

Sehr nette Gastgeber!
Das Frühstück hat und überrascht, es war türkisch-orientalisch ausgelegt.
Die Vielfalt war atemberaubend. Wer auf Wurst und Bacon (vom Schwein) verzichten kann, wird sich über das Angebot an frisch zubereiteten Speisen freuen.
Leider konnten wir das angegliederte Restaurant nicht besuchen, da unser Terminkalender durchgetaktet war.
Die Gegend (St. Georg) ist multi-kulti und hier ist das Leben.
Das Zimmer war akustisch gut gedämmt.
Verkehrstechnisch ist das Hotel gut gelegen. Bis zur nächsten S-Station und /oder Bahnhof sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß.
Wir haben das Auto in der Hoteleigenen Tiefgarage geparkt.

Cons:

Einzig die Tatsache, dass die Dusche über einen Duschvorhang und nicht über eine Glastür verfügte, fanden wir nicht so toll. Das soll aber kein Einfluss auf die sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft haben.
Frühstück gab es erst ab 08:00 Uhr, dafür bis 14:00 Uhr (an Wochenenden).

Pros:

L'hotel è moderno, pulito e confortevole, in una posizione piuttosto centrale, relativamente, visto che Amburgo è grande. Punto forte il parcheggio chiuso e custodito, non facile da trovare di solito in grandi metropoli.

Cons:

Purtroppo nonostante la posizione rispetto al centro, il quartiere era piuttosto malfamato e visibilmente soggetto ad atti di piccola criminalità. Si suggerisce prudenza nei dintorni della struttura. Il parcheggio coperto, sebbene competitivo, un po' caro rispetto agli standard, ma comprensibile vista la quasi unicità del servizio offerto.
