Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar gut aber die Umgebung ist sehr schlecht. Bei Dunkelheit ist es mehr als unheimlich durch das Viertel zu laufen. Selbst am Tag hat man Angst ausgeraubt zu werden.

Pros:

Es gab mal nicht das typische Hotelfrühstück, sondern mal andere, leckere Auswahl.
Das Frühstück war vergleichsweise spät, was für mich super war.
Die fenster waren schallisoliert, sodass man nichts von draußen gehört hat.
Das Bett war bequem und alles war sauber.

Quiet hotel close to hauptbanhof.
Pros:

The staff was absolutely fantastic! They were very polite and friendly, and always available!

Cons:

The shower door is non existent and so water goes everywhere in the bathroom!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Pros:

Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Gläser, Tassen, Wasserkocher, Nesspressomaschine.
Frühstücksbuffet war überwältigend. Sehr nette Bedienung.
Der Bahnhof war in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Duschvorhang war nicht so schön und ein Geschirrhandtuch in der Pantry fehlte.

Pros:

La chambre était propre avec des équipements plutôt neufs, pareil pour la salle de bain. Pas très loin de la gare.

Cons:

Il était indiqué qu'il y avait une kitchenette dans la chambre, or il y avait seulement un évier. Par ailleurs, la quartier est vraiment très glauque, ce n'est pas très rassurant quand on arrive en soirée. Le réceptionniste n'était pas particulièrement agréable.

Kreativ und geschmackvoll
Pros:

Die Appaetments sind mit Kunstwerken ausgestattet. Der Empfang war freundlich. Das türkische Frühstücksbuffet bietet auch für Veganer eine gute Auswahl. Der Bahnhof, die lange Reihe und die Außenalster sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Fenster schirmen Außengeräusche gut ab.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet startet erst um 8 Uhr.
Für mich war das Bett zu hart.

Gut für 1-2 Übernachtungen.
Pros:

Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war für uns eher ungewohnt, aber dennoch sehr lecker.

Cons:

Es war uns zu laut und die Klimaanlage ließ sich schlecht einstellen.

Zentrale Lage, komfortables Zimmer, Sauberkeit, freundlicher und hilfsbereite Servicemitarbeiter.

Cons:

Mir war bei Buchung nicht bekannt, dass das Viertel zwischen Hbf und Hotel ein Brennpunkt für Junkies und Obdachlose ist. Alleinreisenden würde ich das Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen bzw. abends nicht empfehlen, alleine unterwegs zu sein.

Pros:

Výborná poloha hotelu ( metro, nádraží, tramvaje, autobusy). Vynikající, bohatá nabídka snídaní. Příjemný a vstřícný personál. Čistota, každodenní úklid , výměna ručníků a povlečení.

Cons:

Umístění hotelu blízko nádraží - tento fakt nese spolu s tím, že je to v centru komunit a různých nepřizpůsobivých osob, i problém hlučnosti do brzkých ranních hodin
