Loud in the middle of the night , we hadn't electricity during some hours in the evening. Apart of that everything was excellent.

Pros:

Muy bonito fuimos al sunset en puembo ..nos quedó cerca ta to del evento como del aeropuerto.. desayuno incluído muy rico ..el personal muy atento ..

Cons:

El costo de unas bebidas ejemplo una coca un te y un snack sumaron 6 dólares ...entiendo por la hora que llegue a comprar 12 am ..y por la lejanía del lugar a las tiendas ..pero más que no me gustó fue que no me lo esperé ..pero no le quita la exelente atención del personal y muy tranquilo y bello .. regresaria sin pensarlo

La ducha tardaba mucho en salir el agua caliente y el ruido que tuvo hasta las 2:00 de la mañana gente que hablaba fuerte de voz

El trato del personal es increíble y son muy atentos, el desayuno es imperdible lo tienes que probar, es como el último abrazo de Ecuador hacia sus visitantes.

Cons:

Para ser mujer q viaja sola me parecio que la puerta necesitaba otro tipo de cerradura, aúnq me sentí como en casa y muy segura después. Y el despachador de papel higiénico lo tuve q abrir porque no lo podía sacar, agradezo q dejaran la llave de otro modo hubiera tenido q llamar para q lo arreglaran. Y no hay como contactar con la recepción jeje un teléfono quizá pudiera funcionar

Me gustó más la amabilidad de los que atienden el lugar y son accesibles a peticiones razonables, como por ejemplo me permitieron llevar tazas de mi propio te caliente a la habitación.

Cons:

La bulla de los que se hospedan contigo, quizás no entienden todos que no hay que hacer mucha bulla en el tiempo del descanso es decir pasado las 11 de la noche
