Hotel aceptable en Riva del Garda
Pros:

El personal del hotel fue amable, la habitación era amplia, estaba limpia y tenía un gran balcón que tenía vistas a las montañas. El desayuno estuvo bien, con opciones sin gluten para mi esposa. Un buen aparcamiento.

Il personale dell'hotel era cordiale, la camera spaziosa e pulita, con un ampio balcone con vista sulle montagne. La colazione era buona, con opzioni senza glutine per mia moglie. Il parcheggio era comodo.

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado durante una noche, los símbolos del aire acondicionado estaban a la inversa y como no lo sabíamos pasamos calor. El personal no está disponible las 24hs, por lo cual cuando tuvimos ese inconveniente sólo lo pudimos solucionar a la mañana siguiente. El baño era pequeño aunque la habitación era espaciosa. Sugerencia: más variedad en el desayuno.

Una sera abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata: i simboli erano invertiti e, non sapendolo, abbiamo avuto molto caldo. Il personale non è disponibile 24 ore su 24, quindi, quando si è verificato il problema, è stato risolto solo la mattina successiva. Il bagno era piccolo, sebbene la camera fosse spaziosa. Suggerimento: maggiore varietà a colazione.

Pros:

The reception desk was a huge help in resolving an issue that had nothing to do with the hotel. Simply because they care about their guests! Much appreciated!
There’s also an excellent restaurant here with very tasty pizza.
