Pros:

La gentilezza del personale della Reception, e sopratutto aver trovato l'ottimo parcheggio.
Della colazione non possiamo dare un giudizio,poichè conoscendo Modena abbiamo preferito uno dgli ottimi caffè della città. Cmq alla richiesta di due caffè siamo stati serviti immediatamente e con gentilezza.
Sicuramente al n/s prossimo viaggio saremo lieti poter usufruire della V/s struttura.

Beliggenhet var helt topp, kort vei til alt i gamle byen.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Cervette 5.
Pros:

Hotel Cervette 5 is a family owned boutique hotel in the historic centre of Modena.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The room we stayed in was clean, welcoming and comfortable after a day’s sightseeing.
Great location for what we wanted during our trip.
Would definitely stay here again.

Grazioso hotel centralissimo, personale impeccabile
Pros:

Hotel in posizione centralissima situato in un palazzo antico. Staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona, anche se pagata a parte a 10 Euro. Stanza ampia, letto comodo, ampio armadio a vista (con tenda a chiudere), bagno con sanitari nuovi e ottima doccia. Temperatura confortevole.

Cons:

L'arredamento vuole essere shabby-chic, utilizzando secchi e cassette rovesciati, assi di legno e mobili da mercatino. L'idea può anche essere buona e l'effetto abbastanza carino, a parte una (per me) deprimente prevalenza di color sabbia; diciamo che mi è mancato, almeno in parte , l'aspetto "cozy". Però, quando in bagno non si possono appendere gli asciugamani, la carta igienica è a terra in un secchiello alquanto arrugginito, e la lampada sopra il lavandino consiste in una lampadina nuda e abbagliante, forse si esagera un po'.

La habitación y el baño están bien.

Cons:

No avisaron en ningún momento antes de hacer la reserva (en la información del hotel) que el coche había que sacarlo del parking a la hora de hacer el check-out (11:00am). Es un detalle importante ya que en Módena es muy difícil aparcar en la calle y es una complicación.

No existe ascensor y si vas cargado de equipaje no es cómodo ya que existen varias plantas.

La "persiana" estaba rota con un agujero y no se podía bajar del todo.

Cons:

Prezzo abbastanza elevato, comunque nella media per le strutture di analogo livello.
Abbiamo scelto l'opzione senza colazione, quindi non possiamo esprimerci sulla qualità di questo servizio.
