Perfect location for your Modena visit.
Pros:

Perfect central location with parking and ZTL access in Modena. Extremely helpful and kind staff 24/7. 1 min to the central piazza and great market.
Very Comfortable room.

Pros:

Excellent location, clean simple rooms with everything you need, but the staff really made our stay- our toddler daughter got sick and they went absolutely above and beyond to help us get her to a doctor, translate as needed, and get medicine- one of the staff even came with me to the pharmacy when there was some confusion with dosage. Really wonderful. If you’re reading, thank you again.

Cozy hotel in the city center
Pros:

The location is amazing. Few steps away from the cafes and the restaurants. It is nicely decorated and the bed is comfortable. There is a good AC so the room can be cooled pretty fast.

Cons:

They say that they have electric vehicle charging, but it is basically an outlet in the garage and not a proper charger so if you are not carrying your granny 220V charger with you it's useless.

the location is very good. it is very clean. the receptionists are very good especially the young man Andrea who was very friendly, informative, helpful and communicative. he gave me the best tips for restaurants.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for tourist attractions and restaurants. They even booked some tourist attractions for me.
The hotel is in a great location, clean and charming.
It felt like home.

Cons:

No elevator, but i was able to store my heavy suitcase downstairs and took what I needed to the room.
