Great location and pretty decor, but they had charged us for a coffee spill on bed, an accident

Cons:

I had an accident with coffee and i stained a topper. I was charged 50€. An other annoying thing was that I was at the 3 floor without elevators.

Perfect location for exploring Modena
Pros:

Perfect location, within minutes of shops, bakeries, and the central market in Modena. Livya was wonderfully helpful and helped us with our luggage upon arrival and called a taxi for us upon departure. The room was appointed with tea kettle, a good tea selection, slippers, and toiletries.
