This hotel was huge disappointment very basic badly needs refurbished u have to cross road to sis hotel for breakfast photos give false image we had to pay more money and change to another hotel to end our hol curtain pole hanging of girl on reception no English corridors filthy this hotel is basically a 2 star

A small hotel, centrally located in Hanoi, not far from Old Quarter. The room was clean and pretty, nothing out of the ordinary and not particularly spacious, but also nothing to complain about. The room looked a bit more worn than the photos implied, but it wasn't run-down by any means.

We inquired for an early check-in, and while it was unfortunately not possible, we could store our luggage and the receptionist kept us informed about the time the room would be available, which was a nice service.

The location is noisy, but in this part of Hanoi, you will probably not find a location that isn't, and with closed windows sleeping was not a problem (the comfortable beds certainly helped).

It was a bit unfortunate that breakfast was served in another hotel across the street.

The Emerald Hotel's location was perfect for exploring Hanoi. We were within walking distance to so many attractions, including the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, and countless restaurants and shops. This made it so easy to explore the city on foot and really soak up the vibrant atmosphere. Plus, having so many dining options right on our doorstep was a huge bonus after a long day of sightseeing.

We were so impressed with the friendly and attentive staff at the Emerald Hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping team was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their face. They made us feel so welcome and well-cared for throughout our entire stay. We especially loved the personalized recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. It felt like we had our own personal concierge!!!

Our stay at the Emerald Hotel was pure luxury from start to finish. The room was absolutely stunning, with plush bedding, high-end amenities, and a gorgeous view of the city. We especially loved the deep soaking tub and the luxurious bath products. The hotel itself was equally impressive, with elegant decor, a sophisticated ambiance, and top-notch facilities. We felt pampered and indulged throughout our entire stay.

After busy days exploring the city, it was wonderful to return to the comfort of our room at the Emerald Hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft linens and fluffy pillows that guaranteed a restful night's sleep. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with everything we needed to relax and unwind. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches like the plush bathrobes and the well-stocked minibar. It truly felt like our own little oasis in the heart of Hanoi.

Our room was impeccably clean, spacious. and beautifully decorated, offering a tranquil to unwind after exploring the bustling city. The hotel's location was perfect, putting us within easy walking distance of many attractions .

設備は古いですが、清掃はそれなりに行き届いています。
日本語は通じませんが、簡単な英語で事足ります。
朝食のフォーが美味しく、スタッフへ皆さんフレンドリーでたいへん快適に過ごせました。
また、利用したいと思います。

Reception staff was amazing ! Hard to express in words how friendly, helpful and approachable they were. Their customer service was outstanding.

クレジットで事前に払ったのに、チェックアウト時重複して請求されました。気づかず払ってしまい、後で気づきました。しかし、ホテルから連絡があり、返金の対応をすぐしてくださいました。ミスはありましたが、スタッフの方々に、ベトナム人の優しさと人懐こさを感じました。

i stayed at emerald for 3 days. The room was big, nice, and clean and the manager was so generous. He kindly lent me some money when my wallet was stolen by the lack. I really enjoyed this stay.

部屋も清潔で浴槽が大きいのが良かったです。
ホテルの立地もよく，食事には困りませんでした。
チェックインした際のウェルカムドリンクとフルーツも良かったです。
フロントのスタッフもとてもフレンドリーだったので，また宿泊したいです。

I would not recommend this hotel to people who just pick up the hotel by photo shot.
It is terrible dirty and something strange smell from the 1st floor.
bed is horrible. my back is so painful after i have slept one night.
It is also quite far from the lake.
I only recommend for only people who want to stay cheaper one.
