Reluctant to provide add on services (Like one has to ask for Cup/ Mugs for in room orders, else they don't provide extra as there are already 2 given in the room for complementary hot beverages)

Amazing Hotel, Lovely Staff and Superb Location
Pros:

The Hotel and the facilities were good, the Staff was Professional as well as Helpful and Polite. The WiFi I think could be better across the entire room but then I think it could be because we had a 2 Bedroom Suite. The Location was the clincher for this Hotel as you just have to use the stairs from the Hotel right down to MG Marg and within 50 to 100 metres you are right at MG Market. The Food at the Hotel was good and the staff was prompt, courteous and helpful. The Breakfast and Dinner spread were good with the varieties across each day being good enough for you to make a choice. I think I would choose to book this place again whenever I revisit Gangtok as it puts me right in the middle of the Market.

Cons:

I think the A la Carte Menu for Food that we can order as part of Room Service is a bit expensive and could be re-looked at. The Quality of Food is good however I believe the prices should be moderate and not exorbitant even when the Food is good which would allow your customers to order Food as part of Room Service.

Over all stay was not very good.
Pros:

Nothing inside the hotel.

Cons:

All the facility available to rooms are not at all as per the expectation. Dental kit not available comb also, kettle also not clean. Staff services at reception and housekeeping are not at all good.

It was worse thing in our trip which we will avoid the next time we visit.
Pros:

I don't think I can find anything I Liked.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was horrible. The washroom was not clean, the sink was chipped and the overall washroom had a funky smell. My dad and I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the very next day both of us punked. He vomited twice and both of us had severe indigestion. In our whole trip, this hotel was the worse experience. Additionally, the only view out of our room were two syntex water tanks and some construction rods.

Very Bad accommodation space/bed.
Cons:

The rooms were claimed to be well set up, but there was no sign of it as the gigantic bed was all dirty with dust and the duvet was also very dirty. On repeated requests and very late in the night the bedspread was changed to a bit decent one and in exchange for the duvet we were provided with stinky blankets for the night. The mattress was not at all firm clearly suggesting the worn out nature of it, as you could literally sink into it. Overall very dissatisfactory condition of the hotel.

Pros:

Location and room was decent

Cons:

Food options for baby were not there.
They claim that they do have all options of baby food like dalia, dosa, uttapam, khichdi etc. but when I requested for it, they said we do not have tawa for it. They were only able to give semi cooked khichdi for my toddler. Worst experience so far in terms of food with all the trips that I have had with my toddler.
