Falta de entendimento e paciência de uma funcionária 🙄

Já tinha ficado hospedado.....

Tive um probleminha com uma funcionária.....eu perdi meu cartão....voltei porque .achei que tinha deixado no quarto ,...essa moça que também trabalha no café da manhã.... é meio mal humorada....e estava lá no saguão.....ela foi verificar....e quando voltou ....estava brava....falou que não tinha achado cartão nenhum....e que tinha mancha de sangue no lençol e fronha do travesseiro....eu expliquei...sim....tive um sangramento no nariz....ela falou que eu tinha que acertar um valor porque a lavanderia ia cobrar mais para lavar em função disse.....não me falou o valor.... só ficou reclamando.....eu como tinha perdido o cartão falei que depois eu acertaria....mas diante do stress dela.... peguei minha mochila e fui embora.....acho que dava pra ela entender que no momento eu não tinha acertar....

Tirando o frio que passei foi bom

Cons:

Pedi uma coberta pois estava muito frio, e tinha apenas uma no quarto, o atendente disse que levaria até o quarto mas acabou mandando uma mensagem no WhatsApp para ir buscar na recepção, que só vi outro dia. Passamos muito frio a noite

Quero voltar à cidade mais vezes
Pros:

A localização é excelente !! O café da manhã é bem bacana e a moça que serve é um doce de pessoa. Todos os recepcionistas são extremamente agradáveis e a educados.

Cons:

Precisa investir em reforma do prédio. Em especial na pintura das paredes dos quartos .

O hotel é simples, porém muito limpo e bem cuidado. O café da manhã é um dos grandes destaques, com variedade de opções, incluindo quatro tipos de sucos naturais, bolos fresquinhos e ovos mexidos preparados diariamente.

A recepção funciona 24 horas e a equipe é bastante atenciosa e prestativa. Embora não seja um hotel de luxo, está sob nova direção, e é possível perceber o empenho da nova equipe em oferecer um atendimento acolhedor e de qualidade.

Um destaque especial para a copeira responsável pelo café da manhã, extremamente simpática e dedicada, assim como os colaboradores da recepção, que atendem os hóspedes com cordialidade e atenção.

Para mim antendeu o que eu precisava , uma lugar limpo para dormir, um banheiro para tomar banho e um delicioso café da manhã
