Instagrammable but not very functional
Pros:

Breakfast was great, bathtub in room was as advertised (images and reality matched), bed was comfortable, parking in front of hotel.

Cons:

Toilet had a glass sliding door (ie no door), so no privacy when doing your business. Some broken things and worn out things (see photos). Room was very warm (no A/C) and hotel added a fan (everything being very stylish this felt weird).

Sauberes Hotel - bei Hitze nicht ratsam
Pros:

Sauberes Hotel und gutes Frühstück. Das Bett war sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Im Sommer 2026 ist ein Westzimmer ohne Klimaanlage unangenehm. Der Ventilator war sehr laut. Die Schallschutzfenster mussten wegen der Bahn, die unmittelbar neben dem Hotel vorbeiführt, geschlossen bleiben. In der heißen Nacht war der Schlaf somit suboptimal.

Great base for exploring Luzern
Pros:

Great alternative for busy, expensive, crowded and overpriced Luzern. Great place for calming down after whole day exploring Luzern and surroundings.
Attentive staff, good breakfast. Room had a lot of space for 2 people and was very clean. Comfy beds.
There’s lake (18 min walking distance) where you can relax in the afternoon (restaurant is there as
Well). Train station is just 2 mins from hotel.

Cons:

Well hotel like many of hotels in Switzerland is not prepared for shocking hot wave. Fan did the work(nights ate fortunately rather cold) but someone expecting A/C may be disappointed.
For us wasn’t a problem.

Felice di essere tornata a Lucerna e aver scoperto Sempach e il suo lago.
Pros:

Camera moderna, molto bella ed elegante, comoda con spazi adeguati, idem per il bagno. Hotel a ridosso della stazione. Comodissima per raggiungere Lucerna in 15 minuti. Si raggiunge il paese di Sempach in pochi minuti e merita di essere visitato. Luogo tranquillo fuori dal caos cittadino.

Cons:

Aria condizionata non presente ed in sistema di areazione poco efficace con le temperature di agosto. La camera era dotata di ventilatori di bassissima qualità (direi non degno delle 4 stelle!), anche la mancanza di un frigorifero per avere bibite fresche in camere deludente.

Op zich goed, maar niet wat je verwacht voor dat geld

Mooie kamers, ruim opgezet, en lekker dicht bij het station voor de trein naar Luzern

Cons:

Het hotel ligt wel heel dicht bij het station (geluid). En de kamers hebben geen airco. Wel een goed ventilatiesysteem, maar bij 30 graden is dat niet zo nuttig, daarnaast is de parkeergarage niet afgesloten en dus vrij toegankelijk

Not delivering on promisses, overpriced and no charm

Cons:

Vi havde bestilt et deluxe værelse der inkluderede udsigt til bjerge. Vi fik et værelse med udsigt til en banegård og ingen bjerge. Vi blev lovet elbils-opladning på hotellet - det virkede ikke og vi måtte selv ud at finde en opladningsmulighed. Hotellet reklamerede med 4,5 stjerner men der var hverken køleskab/minibar, restaurant på hotellet, pool. Vi betalte 2000 dkk for vores ophold - der var alt for dyrt i forhold til hvad hotellet kunne byde på.
