Het personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Badkamer niet echt schoon, bed hadden we 2 verschillende matrassen op het tweepersoonsbed. De ene was heel dun en voelde je de vering doorheen.

Hotel needs upgrade and staff needed during weekends and at night.
Pros:

Location perfect for our occasion and close to the city of Brussels. Breakfast was good and cozy and well served.

Cons:

1. Room was a work in progress and not suitable for receiving guests. Sockets were open and electric wires were unsafely lying on the floor.
2. TV was not working.
3. No staff during nights, weekends or at checkout.
4. At night we felt not safe there, knowing there is no staff available in the hotel.
5. On Monday finally 1 worker and 1 cleaning lady arrived because weekend was over.
6. We got first a room which was not cleaned and door was even open because at some point the cleaning lady stopped her shift at Friday and left that door wide open for the rest of the weekend. I reported the issue and we got then the unfinished room I talked before.
7. This hotel needs an overall upgrade. It looks especially during weekends and nights haunted. When refurbished and staff back available there at all times in the hotel, I will surely come back.
8. For the condition of the hotel now, the price is too high. For 20 euro per night more, you can stay in the Hilton Hotel in Brussels. I hope the management is able to renew the hotel as the location and tennis ameneties are great there.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf met vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel. We mochten onze fietsen binnen stallen en opladen.
De kamer was zee ruim met een mooie badkamer.
De kamer beschikte ook over een terras.
Het avondmaal was zeer lekker ; alsook het ontbijt.

Cons:

Onze kamer had geen koelkast maar we konden wel ijs en gekoelde dranken mee naar onze kamer nemen dus op zich geen probleem.

Voor een kort verblijf, ideaal!
Pros:

Rustige ligging en erg grote kamers. Alles proper en netjes. Ter plaatse ‘s avonds lekker gegeten. Ook het ontbijt heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Niets is teveel voor het personeel, super vriendelijk.

Cons:

Geen airco op de kamer en het was er erg warm. Natuurlijk ook uitzonderlijke temperaturen deze zomer.

Pros:

The staff was always very friendly and very helpful. Johan especially helped us with everything we needed and was always available for any questions. He even helped us with a very late check-in after our delayed flight. The food is also great. We would definitely return if we have the opportunity

Cons:

The location is quite far from the bus station, but the area is very nice. So the 15 minute walk was not bad

We waren allemaal dik tevreden
Pros:

Alles was goed geregeld. We konden krijgen wat we wilden. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Fijne bedden. Goede parkeerruimte. Mooie omgeving.

L'hotel è immerso nel verde e permette delle passeggiate nei dintorni. L'accoglienza del concierge è stata magnifica: ha incarnato tutto ciò che è la vera ospitalità professionale.

Il buffet della colazione era poco fornito e disorganizzato e la gestione dei tavoli non era adeguata al numero di ospiti.
