Pros:

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and they were really helpful when asked something.

Lovely! Worth all my money and will come again!
Pros:

Breakfast had a few choices and the quality of the food was good. A large tea selection too! Their sausages though were really nice! Kind and receptive staff. The sheets and towels were extra clean, the room was tidy and the bathroom was clean too. I appreciate the effort for only 1 night! Lots of places dont have this level of cleanliness for only 1 night. As a young girl traveling, felt pretty safe, the neighborhood seemed full of students and not too far from metro and bus station.

Cons:

I felt like some single use slippers would be nice, and too bad there was no fridge and microwave. Didn't check the description when booking, but it definetly would be a great bonus !

An ideal spot in an ideal location!!!
Pros:

Location was superb, with fantastic pubs and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The staff, Kiran and Laura, could not have been more helpful- they are a couple of diamonds. Nothing was too much trouble. They looked after us brilliantly, were so helpful and an absolute pleasure to chat to about local knowledge and places to visit/see. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough if you are after a place to stay thats close enough to the city centre ( only a short Metro ride away) and yet far enough away ( quiet). A gem of a find!

Cons:

Having bar stools would have been the icing on the cake.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. My single room was spacious, well equipped with plenty drawers etc... ..even had a sofa and coffee table. Decor throughout is tasteful. Food in the attached Florence restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

Cons:

There isn't a lift but it did say that on the website. However the male receptionist did bring my case down for me
