Really love the welcome by tilak which gave it a auspicious and homely stay feeling. Also my appreciation for Mr. Sumit and Mr. Yogesh from housekeeping dept. Who really took good care and gave me a comfortable stay. Lovely staff from airport pick up to hotel reception, housekeeping, dining etc. give it a try.
The service was excellent. The rooms are spacious compared to other hotels in Jaipur. The food quality and overall service were also very good.

Had a good ten day stay. Some wear and tear issues are creeping in since we last stayed in 2025. Shower drain was choked and the bathroom door could not be closed. Unfortunately The Root restaurant is closed for refurbishment so could not visit. Had a great dining experience there in 2025.
Breakfast gets busy often as the guest who come for conventions use the same area as for leisure only guests.
Staff are very very polite and friendly. Special mention to Aishwarya at the front desk and Shubham at the Salon who gave me an amazing shave and facial. And to all the staff led by Rajesh at the breakfast place who do the best given the constraints.

Another name is Preeti who is here from Kolkata ,is charming at her ways of making Pasta and talking with a beautiful smilie making that connect with the guests .
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. As someone who strictly follows a vegetarian diet, it was shocking and unacceptable to find that the fries were prepared using non-vegetarian oil. This is a serious concern, especially when dietary preferences and beliefs are involved. There was no proper transparency or communication regarding this. I expected much better standards of food handling and honesty. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

We had a lovely stay in the property with my family… we were celebrating my wife’s birthday on the trip and the staff upgraded our room and also presented with a cake.. the staff at the Sorocco Restraunt were so kind and warm and offered us free desert from the buffet which my son loved! The breakfast buffet was good and had lot of variety…the swimming pool has a kids pool also which is decent..wish they had drinks service by the pool as well…The property is very neat and clean and very close to JECC where we had gone to attend an event in the evening… all in all a good experience and value for money..
