Kudos to management team at the hotel to make the stay really up to the standard expected.
Pros:

Staff made extra effort to correct any issues and this included the management team.

Cons:

Location could be closer, however with private car, taxi or tour operator it is not a concern.

Excellent Service & Memorable Stay
Pros:

I stayed here from 10th March to 13th March (Room 4070), and overall had a great experience.

A special mention for Mr. Sreshth from the In-Room Dining (F&B Service) team. He was extremely polite, kind, and friendly throughout my stay. His prompt service and warm attitude really made a difference and added to the comfort of my stay.

Truly appreciate such hospitality.

My stay of 3 days in Intercontinental, Jaipur was an excellent experience from all aspects specially the Front Desk.
Pros:

Very good location. Very good atmosphere. Room good. Value wise it's worth staying. Cleanliness is perfect. Noise level within permissible limit. Excellent service in all departments. Amenities were very good.
The service of the Front Desk was excellent. Miss Manisha with her team of Aiswarya, Madhuri, Khushi and other male members were worth mentioning. They deserve special appreciation. They are better than any other Star Hotels I have stayed in different places in India.
Restaurant service were also very good specially the dishes prepared under the supervision of the Chef were excellent. The Chef deserves a special appreciation.

Super Service and Food and ambience makes for a a great stayakes for a great stay
Pros:

We, a family of 8 stayed in the hotel from the 6th March to 9 th March. We stayed in Room nos 3079,3076 & 3075. For us the location was ideal for the proximity to where our grandson worked. The ambience was excellent. Rooms & bathrooms were spacious ,clean & well maintained. Housekeeping staff were on their toes. The duty managers both Rohith & Rahul ensured that not only were both our check in and check out completely hassle free but also all our needs were attended to. The restaurant served quality non veg & veg food . The buffet and a la carte choices were very good. The pastries were superb. We congratulate Sandeep & his chefs for maintaining such top class fare. Also to Rajesh, Pratwi and the the service staff of Gayathri,Sunny, Ritisha and Anil Kumar. Lovely swimming pool too.Overall a very satisfying experience.

Very comfortable and nicely furbished hotel with minor areas for improvement
Pros:

We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Intercontinental Hotel Jaipur. For us, it narrowly misses the excellent rating due to necessary improvements in the slow service and poor quality of the food (over 2 days) experienced in the Socorro restaurant. Please note that we only ate à la carte, and did not try the buffet, so our judgement is on what we experienced and expect for à la carte dining only. However, the staff in the restaurant were very good, especially the lady who was in training (on name badge) - very pleasant and attentive towards us. Thank you.

I believe this hotel used to be a Crowne Plaza, and now displays improvements in many areas. The guest rooms are particularly comfortable with all that you expect from an IHG hotel - we are IHG One members and so point out the benefits of membership such as discounted food and drink. This made a big difference to our stay.

I finally mention the reception staff who were most polite and attentive throughout. We appreciated the help and advice given to us. We will surely stay again next time we are in Jaipur. Thank you.

Great hotel ...
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and has really spacious rooms. The whole hotel is very well maintained and incredibly clean. The restaurants are pretty good too. Breakfast is great.

Cons:

It was perfect- but I wish it wasn't so far from the city center

Great place to stay ...
Pros:

The property is beautiful and well maintained. It is very modern and they have an amazing swimming pool on the rooftop. The restaurants are very nice as well. The breakfast is super delicious. They also have an amazing spa.

Cons:

The Hotels location is in a very quiet neighborhood near the airport, which is a plus. However, if you are going to the city, it will take you 30 minutes to go to the tourist spots. It will also take about an hour to get to the fort. However, it is in a very safe part of town.

Pros:

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel, die Zimmer und Betten sehr comfortabel gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit, als wir Problem mit dem Bügeleisen hatten, wurde es sofort ausgetauscht. Das Restaurant auch sehr gut, sowohl ein reichhaltiges Frühstück als auch Abends leckeres Essen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger kleiner Nachteil, dass es etwas weit vom Zentrum ist, aber für all das was uns das Hotel geboten hat, haben wir das gerne in Kauf genommen.

Cons:

Bis auf die erwähnte Lage war alles super.
