We had a fabulous stay at InterContinental Jaipur. The property is stunning, but it’s the people who made it truly special.

*Service & Staff*
Some staff were incredibly outstanding at customer service and deserve a special mention — Ms. Jyoti (F&B), Mr. Nikhil (F&B), Ms. Manisha (F&B), Mr. Gopal (F&B), and Mr. Sunny (F&B). Every interaction with them was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

*Pool & Ambiance*
The service at the pool is outstanding and the environment is superb 👌. Truly relaxing. One small suggestion: increasing the capacity of loungers would make it even better during peak hours.

*Housekeeping*
Housekeeping is top of the mark. I didn’t get a chance to meet the team personally, but the cleaning and attention to detail were flawless — absolutely top of the table.

*Food & Chefs*
The kitchen team and chefs were outstanding. The food is mind blowing — super delicious and very, very hygienic. Just a small note: sometimes orders took a bit longer to arrive, mostly during breakfast and dinner rush hours. But the chefs’ interactions and the way they ensured our feedback was heard was 10/10. That personal touch matters a lot.

*Front Office & Concierge*
Front office, concierge, and the main gate team were all courteous and very kind. Happy and cheerful faces everywhere — you feel the hospitality the moment you arrive.

Last but not the least, we’re surely going to make one more trip. Huge thanks to all the staff and management for incredible and outstanding service. Kudos to each and everyone. Very impressed.

worst experience at Inter continental hotel Jaipur. Lizards in room, pathetic service and food in restaurant. Hair in food. Cold food. Basic hygiene is completely missing. We need call again and again even for small things like water, napkins etc. Rahini(front office) , Rohit (duty manager) and Ranveer (restaurant duty manager) are responsible for ruining our celebration completely.

The inter continental hotel Jaipur car driver Sarvesh was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our trip.he explained everything clearly, assisted us whenever needed, and made the journey comfortable and stress-free. His safe driving and positive attitude were greatly appreciated. Thank you for the excellent service!

I have been a frequent guest at the International Jaipur Hotel, and every stay has been a wonderful experience. The hospitality and attention to detail truly make each visit memorable. I was pleasantly surprised to find member amenities placed in the room without even having to request them.

I would also like to appreciate the reception staff who assisted me around 9:00–9:40 PM. Although I unfortunately do not remember their name, they were extremely polite and professional.

At the time of check-out, Ms. Aabida was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and a stay away from the noise of the city
