I really like the hotel is small cozy and very comfortable, I really like the hotel staff they are welcoming always polite pleasant animators especially Manisha in guest relations and Deveelal from bell desk who has shown a particularly high level of professionalism. I would also like to mention the reception staff.
We had a very pleasants family stay at intercontinental Jaipur. The rooms are spacious and the food was excellent all the staff are friendly special thanks to the front office team (Manisha). I will always recommend this hotel to my friends
Firstly the room wasn’t cleaned the time I came back to the room at 8.30 pm
Furthermore there were children playing in the corridor and after repeatedly asking the front desk it couldn’t be contained.
Having a very bad day so far at the hotel
We were staying one night for our tour of Jaipur then headed back to Delhi. We checked in around 3PM and the check in staff were not very friendly or inviting. We had just come from Agra and Ranthambore and the staff were much more welcoming than at the Intercontinental. We asked for change and they could not provide us with any smaller bills and told us to come back in an hour and a half. We had our bags delivered to our room and the bell hop brought them but was very curt. We then walked around the property and saw the pool, fitness center, spa, and restaurants. The pool is nice but it is not heated. The fitness center was also great and even has a steam and sauna room. The women's sauna and steam rooms have to be turned on so you can not use them for at least 20 minutes. I turned on both and only the steam room was working. I wanted a massage and told the receptionist that I would come back after figuring out what I wanted. I called the spa after coming back to my room and there was no availability left. I was sad about not getting to experience their service. We ate at the restaurant downstairs and they had a buffet or you could order a la carte. Two in my party had the buffet and I ordered a la carte. The food was good and there was a nice selection. I would say overall the hotel is nice, newer, and modern but it is lacking in service by some. There doesn't seem to be the warm hospitality vibe that many other hotels seem to offer.
Staff
To much crowed
Luxurious room, especially for the price. Outstanding staff.
The property is quite far from the city. I knew that and this disadvantage was more than compensated by the room, staff, and view. Guests should realize, however, that it can take over an hour to get into town in heavy traffic.
Touring India at the moment and stayed at many fabulous hotels, modern and old. But this hotel’s bathroom is outstanding mainly for large bathroom with plenty of towels and hooks etc. a separate large shower and door for toilet. Staff very helpful when needed paracetamol for a cold. Food excellent.
Stayed here five nights during JLF and had a great experience: helpful staff, good food, lovely room with all comforts.
Location was too far from the city and your service must be prompt.
Breakfast and service must be improve
Evrything.
