Fantastic place to base yourself in San Pedro de Atacama. I'd defintely stay there again.
Pros:

The room was really good, very spacious with a good shower. The staff were amazing, very helpful and let us leave our bags for a few days. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The location of the hotel is very close (3min walk) to the restaurants, bars and travel providers on Calle Caracoles. As a bonus, the hotel has a couple of friendly cats!

Pros:

Ótima localização perto da Caracoles, staff excelente e muito atencioso, quarto espartano mas limpo e com o necessário para uma boa estada no atacama. Eu me hospedaria de novo de olhos fechados, ótimo custo- benefício.

Cons:

Só o sistema de ter de apertar para abrir o portão para entrar, além da recepção ficar um pouco longe da rua faz com que verificar se uma van de algum tour chegou ficasse um pouco mais difícil - mas é um pequeno contratempo.

Se enquadra mais como boa pousada.
Pros:

Do silêncio, privacidade, limpeza e do atendimento dos funcionários.

Cons:

Quarto frio, o aquecedor não funcionou. Sem tapetes nas beiras das camas. Sem suporte para toalhas e roupas no banheiro. Sem suporte para sabonete e shampoo dentro do box. Sem capachos para limpar os pés ao entrar no quarto.

Hotel situato a 4 minuti a piedi dal centro, in posizione tranquilla, receptionist molto gentile, ci ha fatto trovare colazione box nel frigo per la mattina che partivamo all’alba. Camera molto spaziosa, merita un giorno in più per godersi bene il paesino

Atendimento excepcional e localização excelente.
Pros:

Além de ser muito bem localizado, está a menos de 5 minutos de caminhada até a rua Carcoles, o atendimento no hotel foi excepcional. O Dante, recepcionista, nos acolheu com extrema cordialidade e atendeu a todas as nossas demandas.

Cons:

Senti falta de um aquecedor no quarto. Apesar de termos ido um pouco antes do inverno, as temperaturas noturnas chegaram a 5º.

A localização é próximo à rua principal de San Pedro ou seja, perfeito para sair para jantar e conhecer a cidade. O atendimento e serviço de limpeza superaram as expectativas, assim como o sistema de aquecimento do quarto nas temperaturas mais frias da cidade

Dois pontos realmente chamaram muito a atenção e não tornaram a experiência perfeita: entendemos a questão para disponibilidade de água, mas é fato que o chuveiro tinha jato fraco e controle ruim de temperatura então o banho era difícil; sistema de Wi-Fi tambem foi bem ruim, raramente conectou

Hotel maravilhoso
Pros:

A cordialidade e recepção do Dante e da Vania foi excepcional! É bem pertinho da Caracoles e tinha uma vista do Licancabur da janela do quarto que fiquei. O café era bem completo, tinham frutas, ovos, chás, pães, sucos, bolos e mais algumas coisas.

Gostei de tudo!
