Pros:

A localização do hotel é perfeita para visitar diversos pontos turísticos, com ponto de ônibus e estação de metrô bem próximo do hotel. Bairro calmo e com diversos restaurantes próximos, recepção 24h, quarto espaçoso e limpo. Gostaria de agradecer especialmente os recepcionistas Gustavo e Ramon, por terem nos recebido sempre com um sorriso no rosto e prontos para nos ajudar no que fosse necessário!

Cons:

O ar condicionado parou de funcionar algumas vezes, mas ao informar a recepção, o problema foi resolvido com muita agilidade e cuidado.

Pros:

A localização é ótima, especialmente se chegar de ferry boat, é 12 minutos a pé de distância.
É próximo a restaurantes, lojas e conseguimos ir a vários pontos turísticos a pé.
Para meu estilo de viagem, que passa o dia todo na rua, foi ótimo. Uma cama confortável e um bom chuveiro para descansar de um dia de turísticos já são suficientes.

Cons:

Seria excelente se tivesse um frigobar no quarto. Não me ative a este detalhe na reserva, mesmo assim por outras comodidades, voltaria neste hotel com certeza.
