Excelente, sobre todo, relación precio calidad

En general todo muy bien, pero debo destacar sobre todo el personal de recepción. Muy simpáticos, amigables, dispuestos siempre a prestar ayuda con amabilidad y una sonrisa. Excelente.
La ubicación del hotel es excelente también, muy central.

Cons:

No es que no me gustaba, pero el desayuno era poco variado.

Quarto estava com aspecto de muito tempo fechado com cheiro e ambiente com muita poeira, café da manhã bem simples, TV imagem toda chuviscada e de manhã bem cedo a moça já começava com a limpeza com muito barulho batendo as portas e tudo mais, tenso.

Lo que me gustó: muy buena ubicación; muy buena atención por parte del personal; administración abierta las 24 hs.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó: calefacción extremadamente caliente que no se podía regular (tuve que abrir la ventana en pleno invierno helado pues me bajó la presión y no corría aire). Temperatura del agua de la ducha: irregular (a veces había agua caliente y a veces no). Ruido de bichitos comiendo la madera de la cama. Resumiendo: le falta manutención.
