The rooms
I love it
The room was big.
The shower had hot water.
I’m very disappointed, an establishment like this does not support our military and give any kind of veterans Discount!
For that reason alone, I will never use your facilities again or your services of any sort.
We have used the La Quinta many times and a few other places and for the money, there are many places that are just as good and in many case's hands down better.
I support our military and I support business that support our military and if you don’t do that, then you have lost any support I would give you!
On top of that, the free breakfast, the majority of the stuff that was supposed to be hot was cold. There was no creamers for coffee. There was sugars, but no creamers. Also there was no milk, or apple juice only orange juice at the time we were there.
I probably would not even send an email on normal circumstances, but there was just too many things that added up that brought me to this point.
For the cost of that room, the bed sucked to say the least it was very uncomfortable. The room itself was not clean very well.
When we first walked in the lighting situation is screwed up.
You have to turn the switch on by the door to get the lights to come on in the bedroom, but if you don’t know this, you’re walking in the bedroom trying to find the light switch, stumbling around, trying to figure out how to get in and out of the bedroom without killing yourself.
Then when we did get the lights on we found bobby pins hair clips laying on the floor so that tells me that it’s a good possibility the floor was not even swept after the last person was in there which brings me to the conclusion that the entire room was probably not cleaned properly and it’s very very disturbing that paying over $300 for a room for one night, that the room wasn’t clean properly.
The shower it’s nice that you have the bottles of shampoo and conditioners and stuff attached to the wall. It would be however nice that if you quit wasting water.
Nice breakfast, spacious room
Adequate coffee cups
We had a work trip and due to a mix up we had to get rooms last minute. Keila at the front desk was kind, helpful, and accommodating! She is part of the reason we keep coming back to this location for work, staff always goes above and beyond and this time around Keila was that for us.
This hotel was awesome on every aspect. Every staff member we encountered was nice, friendly and stopped what they were going to answer questions. The room was very spacious and loved that the bedroom was off by itself from the sitting/kitchenette area. The bathroom was very big too. The price was in line with every other hotel we've booked in that area and the room was much nicer. The breakfast was out of this world - first I've had so many hot selections and the cook will make you your own omelet.
I honestly don't have a single negative thing to say about this hotel.
Clean, quiet
Na
Decent hotel for business travel with plenty of free parking. It's located close to many eateries and highways. However, there is no disturbance from traffic. The staff at breakfast work very hard to serve and clean up.
The two reasons I give it 4 stars are:
1. The window screen in my bedroom was ruptured and could not be rolled up or down.
2. I spent four nights here and the wake-up calls did not go through even once. Somehow, they were not able to identify or fix the issue for four days.
Very clean. Modern
Lack of occasional chair in bedroom. Couch was hard to get out of. Cushions sunk in. Mattresses were hard not a good night’s sleep.
It’s a very nice hotel, so a little expensive. I liked the restaurant onsite and the indoor pool although it was very busy so we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub. Breakfast was decent but I felt rushed with all the people in there, not really the hotels fault though.
The thinnest pillows I’ve ever used. The bed was not very comfortable and I woke up with a headache. I had driven 10 hours that day and only wanted a good nights sleep so I was disappointed.
