Reformas, cambio de hotel
Pros:

Nos mandaron un mensaje y nos dijeron que estaban en reformas, nos derivaron a otro hotel “Hotel Spa la Casa Mudejar”. El hotel al que nos derivaron muy bien.

Al llegar al Hotel Conde de Castilla, me encontré con el edificio cerrado por obras sin previo aviso.
Fui reubicado en el Hotel Casa Mudéjar, establecimiento que no cumple con las condiciones que elegí minuciosamente al realizar mi reserva por Booking. Considero inaceptable que no se informe al cliente de una situación de reforma con antelación, obligándome a aceptar una alternativa de inferior satisfacción.
Esta falta de transparencia me genera una gran desconfianza hacia su grupo hotelero y la gestión de sus reservas.

Personal super amables.

Cons:

Nos cambiaron a otro hotel,estaban en obras.
El hotel en el que estuvimos Spa casa mudejar,habitaciones antiguas,nos cambiaron de habitacion pues se averio la cerradura ,lo unico bueno de esa habitacion una pequeña terraza.
Habitacion pequeña,e incomodo para pasar al baño.
