Pros:

Situation idéale ,central pour découvrir la ville, facile d'accès depuis la gare routière à pied ou en bus depuis la gare ferroviaire.
L'hôtel est charmant et le personnel agréable.

Ubicación y trato excelente.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y el trato y amabilidad del personal nos gustó mucho.
Todo muy limpio.

Cons:

La habitación no creo que fuese la mejor, el baño no nos gustó debido a la ducha (abierta) y el ruido del ascensor que lo teníamos pegado a la pared.

Volvería a repetir
Pros:

Nos alojamos una sola noche, no tiene aparcamiento pero nos ofrecieron dos servicios de parking pagando un extra. Sin embargo nosotros optamos por aparcar en zona verde en la calle. Para descargar las maletas si tiene una zona habilitada en la plaza donde se ubica la catedral. El hotel esta literalmente a 15 pasos de la plaza.

Cons:

No me gustó que el sistema de climatización no pudiese controlarse desde la habitación al tratarse de un split. Sin embargo pedimos a recepción que lo subieran 2 grados y sin problema.

Reformas, cambio de hotel
Pros:

Nos mandaron un mensaje y nos dijeron que estaban en reformas, nos derivaron a otro hotel “Hotel Spa la Casa Mudejar”. El hotel al que nos derivaron muy bien.
