We only had to stay one night. Once inside the room, it was fine. I would not bring a family here.
Pros:

The room was clean and the linens were clean.

Cons:

The clientele was sketchy. The hotel smelled bad, the hallways and elevator smelled like food, cigarettes and marijuana. The kitchen had no utensils, cups or anything to cook with. What’s the point of a kitchen?

the room smelled like mold, the mattress was sitting on just rails with wheels, the AC was moldy and humid, I walked in and walked right out of there.

Pros:

Full refrigerator and kitchen.

Cons:

Really outdated. Bed was similar to those guest beds that fold up. It was very squeaky. A desk would've been nice but all they have is a table with a chair. Even the linen looked like it was from the 80s.

I liked how comfortable I felt staying there. I also liked how helpful the staff was.

The location was good. Staff and stay was pleasant. Clean room, fridge and space.

Cons:

Bed was too creaky, floors were slippery like not cleaned properly, too soft pillows. That was the inly downfall. Other wise stay was a great one.

Affordable, livable, but also not luxurious/bougie in any way.
Pros:

The rooms are a nice size, the kitchen is a plus, but it would be nice to know if need to bring utensils, cooking equipment. Bed sheets were too small for mattress so by the morning I was sleeping on the mattress with the cover all jumbled up. Room was tidy. The security door is a plus, I do feel like it felt like I was going through jail security getting in after hours though but it’s a good deal staying here over other Orlando/clermont properties.

Cons:

I wish they had gym room. Even a renovated hotel room with some equipment would be nice. The rooms with kitchenettes (I’m assuming all have them) should have a question about kitchen stuff supplies when arriving. I arrived at 11pm, and drove 8 hours. I had a bunch of food I wanted to cook, but couldn’t because there weren’t any pots/pans.

Pros:

It's close to stores and being able to walk places you need is definitely better than driving.

Cons:

Only 2 thin pillows on the bed. Even putting them together seems like there still to thin. Also not sure how to get into contact with anyone toask about getting more pillows or towels for shower.

Hi,
I checked into your Davenport hotel 4/17/26.
On my way up to my room there was a pool of dog urine on the floor of the elevator and it absolutely stank. I reported this to Alexis on reception and the next time I used the elevator it had been cleaned up.
Once in my room I was really disappointed that my room also stank of dogs. Even the bedding in the room stank.
The only armchair in the room appears to have been used as a chew toy too (Can provide photo if needed).
Also, the fact that you have to pay for internet in the room seems mean spirited.
The room itself is good if you hold your nose. The location of this hotel is good being just across the car park from a Publix supermarket and restaurants.
It's such a shame that the hotel smells like a kennel.
