Erstklassiges Hotel mit tollem Restaurant
Pros:

Das gesamte Hotelpersonal, von der Reinigungskraft, wirklich alle Bedienungen im Restauranr und das Personal der Rezeption war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles was nicht in deutscher Sprache zu lösen war, wurde spätestens mit English erledigt. Unser Wünsche wurden uns praktisch von den Augen abgelesen und erfüllt.

Todo el personal del hotel, desde el personal de limpieza hasta todos los camareros del restaurante y el personal de recepción, fue extraordinariamente amable y servicial. Todo lo que no se podía resolver en alemán se solucionaba, como muy tarde, en inglés. Prácticamente nos leían los deseos en los ojos y los cumplían.

Cons:

Leider hat das Hotel darauf keinen Einfluß, aber der Straßenverkehr vor dem Hotel ist einfach zu laut !!! Es werden keine Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzungen (30 km/h) oder Durchfahrtsverbote (ab 21:00 h) beachtet !!!
Hier ist die Gemeinde aufgefordert, endlich für eine Verkehrsberuhigung zu sorgen, z.B. Schwellen in der Straße.
Deshalb empfehlen wir Zimmer im 2. Stock oder höher.

Por desgracia, el hotel no puede hacer nada al respecto, pero el tráfico frente al hotel es demasiado ruidoso. No se respetan los límites de velocidad (30 km/h) ni las prohibiciones de circulación (a partir de las 09:00 h).
Se insta al municipio a que tome medidas para reducir el tráfico, por ejemplo, instalando badenes en la calle.
Por eso recomendamos habitaciones en la segunda planta o más arriba.

Großzügige Suite mit großer Dachterrasse und Blick auf das Meer im Zentrum von Paguera
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich mit einem Sekt empfangen. Konnten auch schon früher in die Junior Suite. Die Größe des Zimmers und die große Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Bucht von Paguera war sehr schön.
Haben sehr komfortabel und gut in dem Boxspringbett geschlafen.
Uns wurden sogar zwei einzelne Decken bezogen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und es gab auch eine Auswahl an verschiedenen frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht die Gäste zufriedenzustellen.

Cons:

Leider gab es durch die Abflüsse , vornehmlich morgens eine Geruchsbelästigung. Die wohl nicht zu beseitigen ist. Angeblich liegt es an der Kanalisation, sagte man uns.

Pros:

The first thing I noticed was how comfortable the bed was and the room's cleanliness. There were a few chips on the flooring, one of which was in the bathroom, and I could feel it on my feet as it was raised slightly near the shower; these were minor issues.
However, my room overlooked the road, and the noise of traffic made sleeping a problem, as there were manholes that made a clack-clack noise.
If the windows were double-glazed, it would make a significant difference, not only in terms of noise reduction but also in terms of energy loss with the air conditioning, which was very effective.
