L'emplacement est idéal. La chambre spacieuse , propre et bien configurée. La literie un réel plaisir pour une bonne nuit, et l'espace douche agréable avec de bon produit à dispositon!!
Le personnel de l'hôtel à l'écoute avec de bon conseil pour visiter la ville. Une très belle présence.
Le petit déjeuné parfait pour commencer à journée.

Un très beau séjour dans cet hôtel.

Pros:

Réservation quelques heures avant pour cet hôtel extrêmement bien situé, une chambre au delà des mes espérances tant par sa configuration que sa superficie et une équipe de professionnels à votre service !

Cons:

L'accueil, le personnel et surtout le restaurant de l'hôtel...c'était succulent !

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre qui laisse à désirer, le sol de la douche qui doit être refait (hotel qui s'affiche avec 4 étoiles quand même)9

Pros:

Bookings over booked us. I was just looking at this one, but reserved a room somewhere else. Email and called booking to notify, but no response. Unable to cancel reservation at either spot. Won’t use bookings.com again.

Cons:

Too small for the money, but great location and clean.

Pros:

Le personnel était vraiment très accueillant, notre chien a même eu le droit à une superbe gamelle et des friandises. L'emplacement est incroyable, c'est une rue très tranquille avec de superbes restaurants dont notamment une très bonne crêperie en face de l'hôtel ! La rue commence à la basilique St Sernin et se termine à la place du capitole c'est vraiment top ! Nous nous sommes garés au parking Jeanne d'Arc qui est à 7 min à pied. Il faut compter 20/25 euros la journée. La salle-de-bains était top, les produits mis à disposition étaient vraiment bien !

Cons:

Seulement le fait qu'il n'y a pas de parking sinon rien du tout.
