A pleasant and well situated hotel
Pros:

A very well situated hotel, a short distance from the Capitole, in a quiet street. The staff members were pleasant. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

There were nuts, for decorative purposes, on the cheeseboard at breakfast. Bearing in mind that there are people who are severely allergic to nuts this should be avoided I think.

La baignoire et les produits de toilette de qualité

Cons:

On entend la conversation les clients de la chambre d'à côté quand on est dans le petit salon.
La douche est trop près du lavabo, ça mouille toutes les affaires.
La chambre est décevante pour le prix, on entend la ventilation du chauffage toute la nuit !
On avait commandé le petit déjeuner en chambre avec un supplément de prix, on l'a eu en retard, on a eu des viennoiseries trop sèches, les pancakes trop cuits, pas bons, peu de café surtout pour se faire un café au lait, le prix du petit déjeuner est trop cher pour ce que l'on a ou alors faut peut-être descendre mais on a payé quand même un supplément. Je précise que nous avons décoré nous mêmes le lit pour la Saint-Valentin vu le prix du supplément pour quelques pétales de rose

Everything else. They got my booking wrong and did nothing to solve the problem other then offering me some cheap products.
The room was cold and uncomfortable.
I won’t come back and asked for a refund to booking

L'emplacement est idéal. La chambre spacieuse , propre et bien configurée. La literie un réel plaisir pour une bonne nuit, et l'espace douche agréable avec de bon produit à dispositon!!
Le personnel de l'hôtel à l'écoute avec de bon conseil pour visiter la ville. Une très belle présence.
Le petit déjeuné parfait pour commencer à journée.

Un très beau séjour dans cet hôtel.
