We didn't stay there. We were forced to cancel our booking, losing all of our money.

Cons:

The staff was rude, and took no responsibility for us not being able to park our pickup, despite it being mentioned as a potential issue when we made the reservation. Because of this, we were forced to cancel our night in Toulouse and head straight home. They offered no apology. No refund. No solution. It was a painful way to end an otherwise wonderful vacation to Costa Brava with friends. I'm very surprised that Booking.com represents such a horrible property.

Pros:

Gute Lage in der Altstadt. Saubere Zimmer. Passables Frühstück.

Cons:

Laut, trotz Lage in der Fussgängerzone. Kein Ventilator im WC. Frühstück ist ok, hat aber Luft nach oben.

Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica. El personal fue muy amable. El desayuno es correcto. Te dejan agua en la habitación.

Cons:

Es un hotel pequeño. Los baños son algo pequeños e incomodos. Faltaban algunos detalles, como tener kleenex en la habitación.

Pros:

Nous avons dû demander du shampoing car à notre arrivée il y avait déjà plus de shampoing mais le personnel a été très réactif pour le remplir donc ça va

Cons:

Mettre une machine à café moins complexe à utiliser
Deux fois il y a eu des fortes remontées d’odeur sûrement à cause de la canalisation
Le wifi est très instable nous avons dû utiliser notre internet et faire des partages de connexion

Pros:

The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The front desk employee who checked us in said he would make a reservation at a local restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant, the reservation was not made and it was very embarrassing. We ended up finding a different place to eat, but it was very disappointing.

Emplacement fabuleux entre la basilique et la place du Capitole. L'équipe est aux petits soins avec la clientèle. Déco très sympa. Hôtel à taille humaine. On s'y sent presque comme chez soi.

Déception. Remise à neuf indispensable.

La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite à côté de Saint Sernin. L’établissement lui-même a du charme. la rue est calme et près du du Centre

Je connaissais déjà cet hôtel. J’avais beaucoup aimé. Je suis déçu car je trouve qu’il est mal entretenu. peinture rayée. Carrelage sale . Accueil, gentil, mais pas la hauteur d’un quatre étoiles. Autrefois, il y avait un restaurant, une terrasse. tout cela n’existe plus. Et on sent qu’il manque du personnel. Je suis triste de dire que l’hôtel n’est plus à la hauteur d’un quatre étoiles. il devrait être remis à neuf et avoir plus de personnel.
