The third party booking site took my payment after telling me there was a room available. I arrived at the location and was met with a locked door, an after hours phone# to call, & a staff member who told me there were no rooms available and the third party booking site was wrong when they told me she had rooms available. I had to sleep in my car that night since there was a convention in town and there were no rooms available at any of the other hotels. So far the third party booking site, has not responded to my request for a reimbursement of the 114 dollars they basically stole from me. Will never use booking.com again. Thanks for setting an elderly couple up for a very frightful night with no where safe to go.

Cleanliness; no cabinet doors on cabinets; no amenities; no silverware or pans for cook stove; poorly supplied and maintained! Venetian blinds broken and did not have a way to close them for the evening!

All the staff and guess like myself are so nice I'd recommend this to anybody I see that asked me about where to go cuz the amenities are wonderful you got a two burner hot plate you got a full refrigerator freezer you got the bed TV little table to eat at a little some hangers on a shelf that you can hang your clothes in like a closet and just got a full bathroom shower tub sink toilet
I like the fact that I could cook stuff in the room and it was really a chill place nice people everybody stayed to their self

Good location; near hospitals/clinics. In-room coffee and mini kitchen were an unexpected plus.
Cleanliness was abhorrent! Blood on the wall, floor and back of bathroom door; had to close the door to see it, so didn’t find it until the middle of the night. Mold around tub. When the cleanliness was reported to front desk, the response was “sorry”.
