The place is just a room for a week.
I wish I had read more reviews before booking. Wonder why Google says it’s a 4 star. The place is just a room for a week, with no services included. No soap shampoo . They don’t replace laundry or Lenin, and the staff is not friendly. During the stays The lift hasn’t worked for over 36 hours, and the water went down, which got me in trouble for moving heavy luggage from stairs. There are so many issues with this property.
Die Küchenzeile inklusive Mikrowelle, Herd und Kühlschrank waren sehr sauber. Generell war es sauber z.B. keine Käfer.
Mitarbeiter eigentlich ganz Nett, geben ihr bestes aber liegt insgesamt nicht in Ihren Händen.
Ein Kissen wurde netterweise ausgetauscht.
Parkplatz, Bushaltestelle, Veo bikeshare, Supermärkte.
TL;DR: Run. Take it only if no other option or twice in price.
Das Zimmer hat sehr stark nach Zigaretten gerochen, es war teils vergilbt (zb Wände auch mit Flecken).
Ich habe sogar Halsschmerzen bekommen.
Unsere Klamotten und Gegenstände haben selbst nach 2-3 Tagen auch angefangen zu stinken.
Ich hatte wirklich Angst um meine Gesundheit, wahrscheinlich habe ich auch einen Teil verloren.
Fenster lässt sich nur begrenzt öffnen.
Klimaanlage laut.
Nachtlicht lässt sich nicht schließen und ist sehr hell.
Aufzug Sicherheitslabel war abgelaufen und leider hat der Aufzug immer mehr Geräusche gemacht, selbst lang wohnende Personen haben Angst bekommen.
Bett relativ klein für zwei Personen.
Das Haus beheimatet auch Junkies und teils zwielichtige Personen (war aber noch im Rahmen).
Die Küche hatte wirklich keinerlei Ausstattungsgegenstände wie zB Glas/Becher oder Besteck. Einziger Trost ist der Walmart in der Nähe.
Wasser war schmierig, Haut und Haare haben sich komisch angefühlt. Ich habe es gemieden fürs Kochen zu nutzen, aber nach Benutzung ist auch nichts passiert.

When we got there, they said the hotel was booked and they didn’t get the reservation from booking.com. We traveled 10 hours, only to find out we had no place to stay. I showed lady my reservation from booking.com. She said they have been having problems with this. I use booking.com all the time & this was my first unfortunate experience.
Nothing beds semi comfortable
They wanted to charge me for getting clean bath linens 20$. Then told me I had to wash my bath linens myself. Never again will I stay in there. The hallways smell like pot being smoked in the rooms. Dope heads living there full time. It’s like a section 8 housing apartment building.
I liked the price and the facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to cook and do the things I need to.
I don't like that they force you out after 28 days. They say it's to prevent people from delaying residency using the hotel and from them having to evict people, but they don't have it on the booking.com site. So they changed my original booking after accepting the payment for the 30 day booking. Moving out for a night then moving back in is a hassle. I can't wait for my lease to start in September so I don't have to keep putting up with this.
The room was convenient, service was wonderful. All around stafaction.
I have no complaints.
