I've stayed in the property multiple times but never had these issues before.
Pros:

Breakfast options were good.

Cons:

Our tub wasn't draining properly so unfortunately, we were basically bathing while standing in dirty water. The ironing board also kept falling down while I attempted to iron.

Excellent- rarely consider staying anywhere else.
Pros:

The location is perfect for visiting Liberty University. Easily accessible to get in and out of, regardless of the busy traffic. Staff has always been friendly and it has been very clean each time I’ve stayed there.

Cons:

This visit, I stayed on the first floor and was able to notice the road noise little more, but we just used a white noise app on our phone while sleeping, which worked perfectly.

Room was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good.
Pros:

Easy access and overall was clean

Cons:

The shower head was limited on settings.
We stayed for 2 days but our room was not cleaned or linen changed after our first night. Also new towels were not supplied and the garbage not emptied. I had to go to the desk to get new towels whencwecreturnedblate that night. Gave this same information to the housekeeping department as we were checking out.

Just what we needed for the visit for the college kiddos! Clean, quiet and comfy.
Pros:

Consistent staff who has been there for years and that speaks volumes. Consistently great stays

Cons:

We had to leave a night early due to severe weather and they could not work with us at all. We would have been happy to transfer a reservation to another location on our way home that night, but they could not work with us. (front desk).
