Thank you for your hospitality!
Pros:

The location was good as we were not too far from the hospital. We were in town for a family emergency and the staff were so kind and accommodating.

Cons:

It was right off a busy highway so if you don’t like some outside noise be aware but that wasn’t a big issue for us.

Excellent breakfast. David was very helpful. With 3 other hotels within a stones throw away Comfort Inn needs to do bett
Pros:

Location and breakfast was good. Staff member David Dudley (I believe was his name) was exceptional. Fitness room was adequate.

Cons:

Room was not cleaned properly in between nights. Towels were placed on floor to indicate new towels were needed to be restocked. Came back Friday night to towels still on floor and no new towels. Cover was pulled up on bed but not the sheet.

It was clean, comfortable but needs to update technology in rooms and work on staff communication skills.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The staff at breakfast was exceptionally rude to people , my daughter included - so much so that my daughter didn’t want to eat there on our second morning.
The rooms did not have any streaming services on the television nor any WiFi connecting charging ability in the rooms.

See above comment about bathroom towels.
Pros:

Satisfactory

Cons:

Very disappointed that there were no places to hang my towel and washcloth. The hand towel had to just lay on the counter at the bathroom sink.

Will definitely stay again if I'm ever in Lynchburg.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, even the coffee! The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Even being across the road for the airport, it was very quiet, and the front desk/kitchen people couldn't have been nicer.

Cons:

Nothing really wrong at all.

Not happy with the cleanliness of the room.
Pros:

There is plenty of parking and the hotel is very modern looking.

Cons:

My room was not clean. There was beer can and a cup on the windowsill. The rug was wet, and there was something on the wall that looked like someone had gotten sick and it was splattered on the wall. Also, the water wouldn’t go down in the tub when I took a shower.

Pros:

The breakfast was great as always!

Cons:

The rooms weren't fresh. Switched rooms as soon as we got in and then next room was only slightly better but we didn't want to complain again. Second room had rice in both sitting chairs in the room.
