Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación del Hotel es mejor de lo que esperaba ya que podiamos ir caminando y estaban muy cerca restaurantes y tiendas. El desayuno estaba variado para cualquier tipo de gusto. Las almohadas tenian diferentes tipos y eso nos encantó.

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó estaba un poco lejos pero como el hotel no es muy grande tampoco era grave.

Posizione comodissima per raggiungere il centro in 5 min a piedi ,buffet molto vario, giardini e parti comuni curate,pulizie giornaliere con cambio asciugamani,camera confortevole e ampia, personale gentile. Uso di 2 ampie piscine.hotel consigliato soprattutto a famiglie.

Cons:

Un piccolo restauro all’ingresso hotel (poltrone in pelle…) e ai mobili camera/bagno non ci starebbe male per il resto tutto ok

Pros:

Ubicación excelente. El hotel cuenta con dos zonas de piscina: una con toboganes y animación infantil y otra piscina relax. El socorrista se va a las 18h, pero la piscina sigue abierta hasta las 20h. Además hay animación todas las noches, tanto infantil como para adultos. En cuanto a las habitaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario para hacer de la estancia una maravilla: cama comodísima, sofá, televisión (que se puede girar para poder verla tanto en el sofá como en la cama), baño con ducha y una terracita con mesa y sillas. Nuestra habitación era con vistas a la piscina. En cuanto al buffet está muy bien, es variado y hay comida para todos los gustos. Los trabajadores muy simpáticos y agradables, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda. Si vuelvo a la isla, volvería a este hotel sin dudarlo.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind groß und bestehen aus einem geräumigen Kleiderschrank und zudem genügend Verstauungsmöglichkeiten auch im Badezimmer und einem Balkon mit kleinem Wäscheständer.
Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und in der Nacht war es sehr ruhig im Zimmer.
Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist geschmacklich sehr gut könnte aber ein bisschen abwechslungsreicher sein.
Vor allem für Kinder wird täglich für ein Abendprogramm gesorgt.
Jeden Morgen ist ein Reiseveranstalter vor Ort wo man bequem Ausflüge buchen kann.

Cons:

Leider waren oft ganze Reihen am Pool für 3h besetzt ohne dass jemand erschienen ist, hier sollte es ein Reservierungsverbot geben. Ich bin nur 1.68m trotzdem war mir die Liege zu klein und die Füße standen darüber hinweg.

Posizione. Cortesia e disponibilità del personale. Buffet del ristorante di qualità, con molta scelta e diverso tutti i giorni. Stanza ampia e confortevole.

Cons:

Letto duro e scomodo. La situazione è migliorata dopo aver chiesto e ottenuto un topper che lo ha un po' ammorbidito.

Tutti i piccoli extra a pagamento: cassaforte, utilizzo frigorifero in camera, acqua al ristorante.

Enorme difficoltà di utilizzo della piscina in quanto le sdraio vengono "occupate" con asciugamani già dal mattino presto

Séjour tellement agréable au H10
Pros:

L’hôtel est à très bien situé en ville sans le bruit, à 3 minutes à pied d’une rue commerçante avec pleins de boutiques et restaurants et plusieurs petits supérettes. La chambre vue piscine est spacieuse et très confortable et lumineuse, et la décoration est très jolie. La literie est très confortable et l’oreiller bien moelleux. Très facile de se garer avec un véhicule dans la rue de l’hôtel. Le snack au bord de la piscine est un plus pour une boisson ou une petite faim. Prix très abordable. Il y a une piscine pour les familles et une piscine pour plus de calme. Le restaurant est très agréable, les repas sont plutôt bons sous forme de buffet

Cons:

Pas vraiment la faute de l’hôtel mais au mois d’août à 8h les gens déposent la serviette et reviennent vers 14h ! Dommage de bloquer les gens comme ça.
