This hotel was not at all what we expected. Wanted a nice 4 star hotel convenient to the airport with pool and gym. Unfortunately both were closed for renovation. I would not have booked the hotel if I had known that beforehand. The decor of the rooms is pretty tired and in need of a fresh makeover. Lots of mosquito's in the foyer and halls. Some attention to maintenance and housekeeping would be advised.

Facilities were good and compound of the hotel was execellent. Other amenities in the room and service were up to the mark. the difficulty I had was the amount of curries or dal were sereved with one full of container and getting in to waste.

Although, we were 2 guys but I being vage and other being non vage.. items had to be ordered and was getting wastage of food. But such senario was found in other hotel as well and may be it is the means and ways of selling thsir products.

Breakfast: Normally in 3, 4, 5 and above stars should be served with free breakfast but we had to pay for the same. while booking online.. there was nothing mentioned about breakfast and I thoight it must be there.. rather there was facility to choose for free parking. In most cases, guest should be travellars and they will not be driving their own car whereby free parking is not necessary.o

In case of getting Uber or Ola to drop us to airport, ..ttey dont want to help us to get above facility. Instate the guy told that they have their own taxi ..which will cost INR 800. Whereas uber cost is only 147.00 ... Therefore, next time if you want me to book the hotel via expedia... plz enzure that free breast should be finalize at the time of booking.

Excellent hotel with good amenities. Service was great-front desk very accommodating and called Uber for me. Hotel has car service but it’s expensive compared to Uber. Nothing within walking distance of hotel as it is on a busy highway. Hotel restaurant is very reasonably priced—wish I had gotten the recipe for the tomato soup!!! It’s excellent!

Wonderful hotel, high ceilings give rooms spacious feeling, comfortable beds, quiet location set well back from busy road, friendly accommodating staff, good restaurant with very reasonable prices, the only negative is that there is nothing within walking distance. Hotel has a car service but it’s pricey. Front desk called Uber for me.

You get what you pay for when in India. Hotel has great access to the airport. Rooms, staff, everything was excellent. We ate in the restaurant which was really good. Highly recommend this hotel if you need to be by the airport.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. efficient check in and checkout. Clean room. restaurant for breakfast not bad.
Shuttle to airport expensive. better to use uber. overall good.

Everything was horrible from start to finish! Never stay at this hotel again.....

I chose this hotel as it appeared as though it had all advertised amenities and close to Airport. My little piece of luxury for 2 nights before departing India. On arrival find out there is no 'Bar' - I'm starving all I want is something small - menu prices extortionate (this is a wedding venue in middle of nowhere no other options). I discuss the bar issue with management who don't understand 'False Advertisement' - they then agree to send someone to buy Vodka/Gin at my expense! I then go around in circles again explaining why should I be paying when you clearly advertise Bar on Expedia and your website! I end up paying. I stayed in April 2016 and they still advertise bar - you won't find one! Air-con was freezing and cd not alter!

No good looking for am alcoholic drink here! They also refused to call me an outside cab for the quick run down to Ambience Mall at Gurgaon, forcing me to se the hotel car at high rates. I have now worked out how to use apps like Uber to get around, so something god came from it.

For a hotel that charges a 5 star price, you might expect a little extra service. However, when we asked for an adjusted deal for four people who only needed a place to stay for during the day (12:00-19:00), not really a bed, all they could come up with was to charge us the full price for two double rooms.
Also, imagine that the hotel is a few kms from the airport and that the hotel charges 1000 rps per person for the shuttle to the airport, amounting to 55 euro's for a family of four. Fortunately we were smart enough to stop a taxi along the road, who was happy to bring us for 400 rps in total.

Taxis had a very hard time finding this hotel. The lack of currency exchange was frustrating as was the lack of a reliable airport shuttle.

It was good stay, but bathroom require the renovation.

It's a nice place to stay near the Delhi airport. If you're booking it online.. please make sure to check if breakfast is included or not cause many websites say the price for room includes breakfast but it was refused when i actually checked in.

Booked this hotel for one night stay through hotels.com with free wifi and breakfast. Checked in late in the night coming straight from the airport, there was a terrible racket outside the hotel until 2am. Come the morning and we are charged 450inr each for breakfast that was supposed to be free.

The facilities look alright and cleanliness is good for Indian standards.

This hotel could be so much better if the management would be able to put service and customer happiness over milking them for more profits.

I will not stay here again.

Nice lobby and good food.rooms look dated.
Elevators are poor in build and quality.
Booked a smoking room while booking on Expedia,but on arrival was informed that hotel is smoking free.
Orana is more a wedding venue than a business hotel.

The hotel was nice (even though part is under construction).
The staff are friendly.
The food in the restaurant is pricey but good.
Breakfast buffet is excellent value - the milk coffee is fab.

We stayed here overnight before an early morning departure. Although the location was slightly further from the airport than Aerocity hotels were, the price was much lower.
The hotel arranged transport to the airport for two people for less than 1000 rupees - less than half the advertised cost.

we really enjoyed our stay, hotel staff accomodated our needs (we wanted diff. room) food was great, newly renovated, very comfortable, close to airport. You won't regret staying there.

Service from staff was excellent. room was very clean. the food was average but since I was on business I didn't mind much. VFM
