Por conta dos funcionários da parte do bar minha avaliação é razoável
Pros:

Café da manhã e jantar de excelente qualidade.

Cons:

No último dia de hospedagem por haver poucos hóspedes não houve equipe de recreação e os funcionários mal serviram as pessoas.

Cons:

Não gostei da falta de segurança do hotel. Tive meu cartão de débito furtado no dia 1/5/2026 ao entregar a chave para o manobrista do hotel. Falei com o gerente e mostrei provas de que furto ocorreu ao entregarmos a chave para o manobrista (a compra com o meu cartão foi realizada enquanto estávamos fazendo check-in no hotel) e o cartão foi usado no mercado da esquina do hotel. A GERÊNCIA NAO DEU NENHUM RESPALDO E SUPORTE AO FAZERMOS O CHECK OUT HOJE. NINGUÉM DEU QUALQUER SATISFAÇÃO SOBRE O FATO E O OCORRIDO EM UM HOTEL QUE NAO TEM SISTEMA DE SEGURANÇA ALGUM COMO CONTROLE DE ACESSO, ENTRADA OU Camera de SEGURANÇA NOS ANDARES OU ELEVADORES. NUNCA MAIS VOLTAREMOS NESSE LUGAR HORRÍVEL E NAO RECOMENDO!!!!!!

Recomendo a estadia no Le Jardin.
Pros:

Essa é a minha 4° vez no hotel, gosto demais. Café da manhã sensacional, e desta última escolhi a opção de meia pensão com o jantar, e nota 10 também, com muitas opções e tudo muito gostoso.

Cons:

A única coisa que eu ainda observo é em relação a limpeza das piscinas, principalmente durante o dia, não são dos melhores.

Quarto muito bom.
Alimentação muito boa.

Cons:

Piscinas sujas. Era feriado prolongado e as piscinas não foram lavadas à noite. Água turva e muito suja.

Elevadores com programação deficiente e em número insuficiente para o tamanho do hotel. Chegamos a ficar 15 minutos reparando o elevador, pois sempre vinham lotados.

Sistema de compras dentro do hotel.
Ao invés de vincular as despesas ao número do apartamento para pagamento no checkout, passam tudo no cartão, na hora. Temos que andar com o cartão de crédito ou débito o tempo todo nas dependências do hotel .

Regular, pois uma boa noite de sono é tudo.

Quarto limpo, cama confortável.
Café da manhã bom. O almoço estava incluído na diária e era a la cart muito gostosa .

Cons:

O ar condicionado do quarto.
Muito barulhento, o quarto era o 1004 parecia que a máquina estava dentro do quarto só tinha uma placa de madeira tampando.
